Mir wurden statt 26,00€ laut Aufkleber auf dem Produkt 32,10€ an der Kasse abgebucht. Dies fiel mir dann vorm Laden auf wie ich den Kassenzettel angeschaut habe. Also wieder rein. Da hab es wohl eine preiserhöhung von der die Kassiererin nichts wusste. Okay, dann gebe ich es eben zurück weil 32 € sind mir zu heftig. Daraufhin sagte sie dass das nicht ginge. Ich war aber eben gerade erst fünf Minuten aus dem Laden raus und habe das Recht zum Umtausch worauf bin ich Sie um eine Telefonnummer von ihr Vorgesetzten gebeten habe. Diese darf sie nicht raus geben. Habe auch durch Google nichts gefunden. Mir wurde lediglich gesagt ich könnte mich per E-Mail beschweren. Außerdem bot ich ihr an mir eine Gutschrift zu geben habe noch nicht mal darauf bestanden Bargeld zu bekommen, auch dahin gab es keinen Weg. Werde diesen Laden mit Sicherheit nie wieder betreten und auch niemanden weiter empfehlen. Die Kassiererin blieb ruhig und tat mir dann auch schon etwas leid. Aber das kann echt nicht wahr sein. Man hat ein Recht auf Umtausch!! Und auf den Preis der auf den Artikel klebt!!(auf mehreren des gleichen Artikel) An der Kasse befindet sich kein Feld an dem man als Kunde den Preis sehen kann. Und genannt wurde mir auch keiner.

There were 3 people from the staff who only worked with each other. As a customer, I stood there and was initially completely ignored and my questions were simply dismissed. I think the range is great, but unfortunately the customer friendliness leaves a lot to be desired Bought a balloon here again after 2 years (my 11 year old daughter wanted to buy a balloon for her nephew). On Thursday evening around 6.30 p.m. I paid almost 30 euros for the two balloons, one of which lost at least a quarter of its air on Saturday afternoon. My daughter is very sad because when she bought it at the checkout she was neither informed of the 4 day rule nor was she asked to take her receipt with her. After calling the store we were told that nothing would work without a receipt...18 euros is a lot of money for an 11 year old. It's sad that children are so ripped off.

Ich würde fett um 25 Euro abgezogen... Habe einen Artikel gekauft welcher ein Preisschild von 8 Euro hatte. es wurde 25 Euro abgebucht, da sich, wie sich später herausstellte das Preisschild für etwas anderes war, was es gar nicht gab. Aufgrund von Hausregeln könnte ich es nicht zurückgeben... Eine Dame neben mir hatte das selbe Problem

War Freitag im Laden um für meinen Sohn eine Skelettstrumpfhose zu kaufen. Da keine Grössenangabe drauf stand habe ich, die sehr desinteressierte Verkäuferin gefragt, ob man mal reinschauen könnte. Sie fragte für welches Alter ich sie brauche, ich antwortete und sie meinte wird passen. Alles immer noch sehr desinteressiert und lustlos. Letztendlich habe ich nun eine viel zu kleine Strumpfhose gekauft. Schade, aber vielleicht haben es gewisse Läden nicht nötig.

Really bad customer service. Not only expensive, but also rude to customers. Have a helium balloon filled up for €10. And you were forced to buy another weight. What a disgrace. Never enter this store again. Looks like a junk shop and totally chaotic. Apart from the fact that I was waiting in line and was chosen over someone else who came later. And the saleswoman saw that too. I got there first. Just unbelievable. Not even worth 1 star.

Das Angebot ist vielfältig. Leider ist das Personal völlig unmotiviert. Es ist wohl normal ein Kostüm in der Faschingszeit vor dem Kauf zu probieren. Bereits beim 1. Kostüm war das Personal genervt. Ein 2. Kostüm wurde glatt weg abgelehnt. Sorry, das ist nun mal der Job. Dann muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn Kunden lieber im Internet bestellen.

The selection on site is huge, you can find almost everything your heart desires. However, the prices are totally shocking, sometimes even outrageous. It's better to order online. The willingness of the employees is also limited. Help is only given reluctantly. A real shame. I expected more!

Bought the balloon on December 27th, 2023 and had it filled with helium to give it to our grandson for his 1st birthday on December 28th, 2023. The next morning there was no helium left in the balloon. We then wanted to have the balloon filled with helium again somewhere else, so we were told that the balloon was broken, they showed us small holes on the sides, really great and for 21 euros including weight🤮.

Unfortunately, the service is absolutely lacking in an otherwise beautifully decorated store. I wanted to buy a ramekin for Halloween. Unfortunately there was only one left and it was already chipped at the edge. When I asked if I could get a discount, all I got was a curt and bored "No, I'd rather write it off then." Well, if you don't feel cared for...*irony* 😞

Unfortunately, after making a bad purchase, there was no assistance in exchanging it in the store. No trace of goodwill. Two stars just for the loving furnishings of the shop.

You can get a lot in the store, a large selection of costumes and balloons. But I got the same costume twice and the bigger one was cheaper...😡

Ein großes Lob an die Chefin ( Bereichsleitung), sie ist voll und ganz auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und konnte das Problem schnell beheben mit guten Einfällen… Auch ein großes Kompliment an die Mitarbeiterin die trotz schwieriger Kundschaft ( in dem Fall war ich das 😅) ruhig , sachlich, gelassen und immer höflich blieb. Ich kann Party Fiesta ( im Elebepark Dresden) nur weiterempfehlen und gebe gerne 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Gute Auswahl und freundliches Personal ! Habe für meinen Sohn 3 verschiedene Folienballons zum Geburtstag bestellt aber leider war schon nach Tag 2 ein viertel der Luft bei allen Ballons raus :/ Schade um die Ballons und das viele Geld :(

Pure rip-off The filling costs more than the balloon. We've been buying our birthday balloons there for years and have never had to pay for the first filling... Only for the second one or for the weights. .. that was the last time this year... 11€ filling for an 8€ balloon... Seriously!!!!
