The staff at this Rossmann is unfriendly, overwhelmed and sometimes rude. We have been going here for several years (due to the lack of supermarkets in DD Klotzsche). What particularly bothers me is the way customers are treated at the checkout. You are not greeted (say goodbye or anything like that) - You are always asked to pack “somewhere else” after you have taken out your debit card (regardless of whether you have bought 3 or 10 products). As a mother with a stroller, I have been asked to take a shopping cart instead of a basket three times so far (which is simply impossible to do). I certainly don't want to admonish every saleswoman, but it's noticeable that it's always the same women (Saturday morning) who are an impertinent imposition when dealing with customers at the checkout. Can someone please take care of this so that as a customer you don't have to leave the store in a bad mood again and again?

Ich war max. 8 Minuten einkaufen, Parkscheibe vergessen und soll nun 25,- Vertragsstrafe zahlen. Völlig unangemessen und nicht nachvollziehbar wie die Unternehmen wie Rossmann, Bäcker und Co. dieses Auflauern tolerieren... gehe ich nie wieder hin.

Narrow hallways, unsorted system. I had to walk for 20 minutes to find what I was looking for. But nice employees who, when asked, also take the time to look in the warehouse.

The drugstore is well stocked. You can find a lot and actually everything you can find in a drugstore, despite the limited space. The corridors are sometimes a bit narrower. But you can get over that. However, I deduct two stars for the catastrophic photo printers: any office printer can easily keep up with the quality. The photos are sometimes streaky, the colors are bland and lack contrast, the details are washed out and there are scratches on the photos. We have now bought our own high-priced photo printer that far exceeds the quality. This shouldn't actually be the case with a professional photo booth.

Nette, saubere und gute sortierte Filiale. Man findet meistens immer das was man braucht. Allerdings sollte das Personal eventuell noch mal im Umgang mit Kunden geschult werden. An der Kasse wurde man behandelt als wäre man lästig oder als hätte die Dame keine Lust auf ihren Job. Wortlos wurde mir der Bon hingeschmissen. Kein „ Guten Tag, Auf Wiedersehen, Danke o.ä.“. Freundlich ist was anderes!

War Ende letzter Woche in dieser Filiale und bin von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen bedient worden. So macht Einkaufen Spaß!

Small but nice drugstore. The selection is unfortunately somewhat limited in some areas, but you can find a lot and almost always what you need. What is absolutely useless are the photo booths. Despite the perfect photo quality, the quality of the printed photos is unfortunately for the trash can. You can instead buy photo paper and any standard printer for private use will do it better.

schlecht. Habe gesagt bin morgen um die zeit wieder da. War pünktlich da und Gerät war weg. Schlechter Service. Rossmann Kundenservice hat sich gemeldet und nimmt sich der Sache an und kümmert sich.

Das Sortiment in dieser etwas engen Filiale ist gut, bei speziellen Produkten allerdings - dem Platz geschuldet - etwas unübersichtlich. Auf dem Parkplatz muss man aufpassen, denn "FairParking" oder wie der Verein sich nennt, kassiert dort gern mal ab wenn man vergisst die Parkscheibe zu platzieren. Tipp: besorgt euch eine automatische Parkscheibe.

Top! I can only agree with the many positive previous speakers. Today I lost my key there and after a short phone call in which the head office put me through to the branch, I was able to pick up my key there. Many greetings and thanks again to the team ;-)
