This branch absolutely cannot do math. 1 item with 6.99€ exchanged for 4.99€ plus discount correction 1.05€ is written at the bottom of the receipt -0.95€ which means I would get the 0.95€ back but I had to pay on top of it. At the bottom there is even change €1.95. This branch should learn to calculate and take a closer look at the receipt before it goes out to the customer. In addition, both salespeople were very stressed and one of them didn't want you to look into the packaging of the charging cable to see whether it fits, strangely enough, in the other branches you can do this. It's a shame that you get ripped off like that. It's nice that the sellers have their money and I've now basically lost €1.95. You can submit a photo of the receipt with all the numbers, date, location and operator number on it.

Very easy to reach as the bus and train stop right in front of the door. The shop itself is nice and spacious, well sorted and clearly arranged. The staff is helpful and friendly.

One of my favorite Rossmann branches. It is well stocked and you can get a lot of things that not every branch offers, such as new products. The aisles are sufficiently wide and the staff is friendly.

So Rossmann employees are generally not the friendliest and sometimes absolutely unhelpful, but everything is topped here.... ...employees who prefer to have private conversations or gossip about their employer and then stress at the checkout with 50 items, completely crazy the store !!

I actually always enjoyed shopping here. But the saleswomen here are the last thing at the moment. Simply unfriendly and insulting the customers. Unfortunately I haven't seen my favorite saleswoman (Schubert) here for a long time. What a shame! I will shop elsewhere in the future, the staff here is no longer acceptable.

Poor customer service and the photo booths don't work. It's just a shame that something like this still exists today. Biggest disappointment I've had lately. I would have liked to give 0 stars, well the world is unfair.🥲

They don't sell energy. I'm 14 and I get an Energy in every store. What do they say that is from 16. There is no age limit for this in Germany.

I regularly go shopping in this Rossmann... and today without warning I was expelled from the store because of the "alleged ban on entering the premises".. I was a grown-up, honest customer! Further steps have been initiated
