Today I experienced a very inflexible, self-important cashier An older lady in front of me was busy unpacking many small products. I gave the cashier my product and the appropriate money. This was rejected with the information that the customer would get to it first before me. The young woman preferred to watch the older lady unpack. So I put my product away and left without shopping. Ironically, I was bid farewell with a loud “goodbye.” Is this the new sales culture?

It's a nice team, the store is well organized, bright and clean. I enjoy shopping here :)

Quite a small and narrow branch. In addition, the branch opens quite late compared to others. Edit: No chance of being able to pass the branch with a stroller. There are carts with goods everywhere. I realize that the employees just have to do their job, but maybe not all aisles need to be blocked. And employees gossiping about colleagues when customers can hear it is also an absolute no-go. Then I left without having accomplished anything.

Very customer-unfriendly opening hours - only starting at 9 - so normal citizens have to be at work. Many customers wait early and then usually leave. In addition, there is always a long line at the checkout because most of the time only one is open. A pity!

Das Ausdrucken von Fotos hat sich in letzter Zeit hier oft als schwierig herausgestellt. Die USB-Buchsen sind derart ausgenuddelt, dass meine Sticks nur zeitweise erkannt wurden, wenn ich den Sickt nach oben gedrückt habe. Heute ist das Gerät bei der Übertragung abgestürztt und benötigte zehn Minuten für den Neustart. Diesen musste ich abwarten, da mein Druckauftrag gespeichert wurde. Nun hängt das Gerät wieder. Es wird wohl über eine halbe Stunde dauern, bis ich meine 7(!) Bilder habe.

Unfortunately the store space is a bit small and the product range is not as wide as the store on Hüblerstr. (Schillerplatz). Aisles are a bit narrow when you drive through with a stroller. The USB opening on the photo boxes are not quite as intact. The opening time is only from 9 a.m., elsewhere it opens as early as 8 a.m.

Small neighborhood Rossmann, quite a good selection but unfortunately far too narrow and cluttered. It's a shame that the shop space can't be enlarged.

I've been shopping in the store many times, there's everything you need and easy to find, friendly staff and quick service at the checkout... I always enjoy shopping there! Keep it up....
