Always well-stocked shelves! Unfortunately there is a very unfriendly cashier (over 50) who always makes me leave the store upset. I only go there if there really is no other option!

The Rossmann branch directly at the Pieschen stop is perfect for quick small purchases. The goods are clearly arranged and the market is clean and tidy. Personally, I always only go to the food department and the CD/DVD department, where there is always a sufficient supply of everything. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times that I was there.

Nice branch with good offers. Very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately there are a few staff but overall good conditions. Many payment options including Apple Pay. There are many parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

Clear, tidy store with everything a drugstore needs. But !!! The staff, if you're lucky, are aloof. Mostly unfriendly and sometimes even presumptuous and even rude.

I really enjoy shopping in this branch. After the renovation, the company's branch is very bright and spacious. Friendly and always helpful staff, there was never anything to complain about. Plus the typical Rossmann full range in proven quality...I'm absolutely satisfied.👍🏻

Well thought out concept, wide aisles and it is always tidy. The offers and promotions also attract the actual DM customers from next door. The saleswomen are always very quick and nice.

There are baskets for entry control, which I understand, but I am the mother of a disabled child and already have a large vehicle with me and it is simply difficult to carry a basket with me. It is not possible to “park” the basket at the checkout in the branch until the end of the tour. Inflexible!

I have been a regular customer in this branch. The emphasis is on BEEN! Such an unfriendly employee who, as experience has shown, not only treated me negatively and for no reason, mind you! Even small children are no longer stopped here! It's a shame that you can no longer enter an actually great and clean branch just because of an incompetent, unfriendly person!!
