How
I
was
treated
as
a
customer
of
the
market
yesterday
(Friday
August
4th,
2023)
was
an
experience
in
itself.
After
8:00
p.m.
a
friend
and
I
visited
your
store
and
were
treated
inappropriately
by
one
of
her
sales
assistants
(who
didn't
have
a
name
tag)
that
left
us
at
a
loss
for
words.
As
soon
as
we
entered
the
store,
the
saleswoman
had
us
in
sight.
While
we
were
looking
around
the
cosmetics
department,
she
came
up
to
us.
She
accused
us
of
shoplifting
in
an
extremely
outrageous
manner.
She
held
out
a
plastic
package
that
she
took
out
of
her
bag
beforehand
and
said,
“I
would
like
to
know
where
you
got
that
from,
there
are
mirrors
everywhere,
I’ve
seen
everything.”
My
girlfriend
and
I
were
shocked
because
we
didn't
know
what
the
saleswoman
wanted
from
us
because
we
hadn't
unpacked
or
put
anything
in.
Accordingly,
I
told
the
employee
to
please
look
at
the
camera
footage.
The
saleswoman
remained
stubborn,
remained
convinced
of
her
suspicions
and
asked
me
to
look
under
my
arm
pocket
(for
cell
phone),
so
I
took
it
off
and
then
felt
my
arm.
Since
she
(logically)
didn't
find
anything
underneath,
she
then
asked
me
to
open
my
shoulder
bag,
and
here
too
she
didn't
find
what
she
seemed
to
be
looking
for.
When
she
realized
she
was
in
the
wrong,
she
walked
away.
Without
apologizing
or
admitting
your
own
wrong.
Fortunately,
I
didn't
experience
all
of
this
alone,
as
my
friend
(witness)
was
always
there.
Both
of
us
have
never
experienced
such
interaction
with
customers
before,
we
are
stunned
and
hope
that
this
employee
learns
from
her
mistakes
and
suffers
the
consequences.
An
apology
would
have
been
the
least.
