was
at
the
branch
today
around
5
p.m.
I
knew
what
I
wanted,
but
needed
a
salesperson
for
it
(perfume
sealed),
I
rang
the
bell
twice
briefly
at
a
normal
distance.
The
salesperson
sat
right
next
to
me
while
stocking
the
shelves.
But
I
thought
maybe
someone
else
was
responsible
and
didn't
want
to
bother
them.
Then
I
asked
her
after
the
two
bells
in
question
when
no
one
came
if
she
could
please
help
me,
where
she
obviously
rolled
her
eyes
and
reacted
very
annoyed.
As
I
said,
rang
the
bell
twice,
no
response.
I
told
her
what
I
wanted,
then
it
happened
everything
is
relatively
normal.
Since
I
am
a
branch
manager
myself,
I
find
such
behavior
a
great
shame
for
the
company,
because
I
also
know
other
branches
with
more
committed/friendly
employees.
Under
any
stress/pressure
or
circumstances,
you
shouldn't
behave
so
obviously
towards
the
customer
.It
was
an
exception
that
I
was
in
this
branch.
