I was looking for a clinical thermometer in the Rossmann. The question was addressed to a saleswoman, and with impatient gesticulations I was shown the way as follows: right there, up to the main aisle, then turn left and then left again into the second aisle and just like that, the saleswoman had already disappeared and I was after the great one Directions in the stationery department. Very unfriendly cashier at the checkout!!! Unfortunately there was only one product separator at the checkout and that should now be enough for all customers who place their purchases on the belt!?! The cashier also reprimands you because you can't share a product separator, but at least you can separate your purchase from the one in front of you. Just put 2 of them there and it will work. Shopping at Rossmann is a joy!

I was falsely accused of theft for apparently stealing a product that did not exist in the warehouse. I was robbed of 20 minutes of my valuable time, I had to suffer embarrassment in front of other customers with a rude service person (I behaved politely), which is why I am very disappointed with their service. The employees at this Rossmann are very unfriendly, I wanted to exchange something and wasn't allowed to because it was supposedly used even though I had already bought it 😡!!!
