Not a great fan of this place. Rooms not clean, beds are very short (suitable for gnomes), no lamp on the ceiling (only on tables) and tap faucet gives you contrast shower despite your wishes

Clean, large and nice rooms. Low prices. Dogfriendly but the breakfast quality wasn't worth the money. I recommend to take your breakfast or dinner somewhere in the inner city. Calm and save location next to the University. I'll go here again!

Room is big and clean, recent bathroom fixture update, hair dryer is available. Location is very strategic, within 5 minute walk to lidl and netto, as well as around 5 min walk to tram at strehlener platz

Staff a bit chaotic. Bit messy, with strange advice and requests. Friendly anyway Biggest rooms we ever saw in a hotel. Cleaning ok. No reception number in the room, no wlan info. All in all ok, but surely too expensive for the place and surrounding

The general staff was friendly.. We Were little surprised when they asked us about what we'll eat and what portions. They had closed buffet due to covid, which we didn't know. Later on they asked us to come for breakfast at specific times. I had a feeling they're short staffed. The beds were creaky.

Quality.. Rooms are huge, spotless and well equipped. And warm! It's better than a very expensive luxury hotel. Reception very helpful with tram tickets, free maps etc. Lidl and netto 3 minutes walk away for pastries etc, tram stop 8 mins max and short ride to centre of Old Town. Ethnic restaurants 20 mins away other side of the river. Can recommend this accommodation.

I e ad staying at the guesthouse for 2 weeks for business reasons, since it is in the university area. The place is far from downtown (30 min on foot) but the bus stop is close and public transport is frequent. The room is nice, the bed confortable and the bathroom clean. However, the table in the room was not cleaned during my stay. An electric kettle would have been a great plus, however the staff is kind and helpful if you need plates/fork/knife etc. The WiFi works very well. I would definitely recommend this place if you have business in the surroundings

I was an overnight guest. The room was clean and the bathroom pretty nice. The personnel I saw was really friendly. I did not try the breakfast though.

The breakfast is not so good and there’s not so much to choose from. And you pay 13.5 euro for it. You can definitely get much better breakfast for cheaper price outside in bakeries. The shower in the room was broken during our stay and the temperature changes from one moment to another. I almost got burnt by the early morning shower.
