The apartments are great but go not rely on any internet there. One day the internet was a disaster and the next day after complain it was just bad. I had to work there and it was really unpleasant.

Ich war gezwungen, meine Reise aufgrund von COVID-19 zu stornieren und war enttäuscht, dass das Hotel kein Entgegenkommen zeigte. Obwohl ich mich bemühte, eine Lösung zu finden, war es nicht möglich, den Aufenthalt zu verschieben oder eine teilweise Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Ich wurde gezwungen, den vollen Betrag zu zahlen, obwohl ich nicht in der Lage war, zu reisen. Dies war eine unfaire und enttäuschende Erfahrung, die mich davon abhält, dieses Hotel in Zukunft zu besuchen. Ich empfehle anderen Reisenden, ihre Pläne gut zu überdenken, bevor sie hier buchen, da der Kundenservice fehlt und keine Flexibilität geboten wird.

Plus points: 1. Location is great. Tram is right in front of the building. Supermarket, shops, cafe and restaurants in the neighborhood. 2. Bed is comfortable. 3. Easy check in and check out. Bad points: 1. Very weak wifi, equal to non existent 2. 3 of us stayed for 3D2N but coffee/tea were given for 1 day only 3. Shower cubicle is not well designed, water leak out.

The best to sleep, relax. Comfortable location. Will turn back!!

Unbelievable value and easy check in process. Amazing space, modernity, quality, cleanliness, and housekeeping/cleaning staff were very kind.

-) Very slow internet. I dont know what is the problem why wifi was so slow, but it was REALLY slow! Download speed was between 3 and 16 Mbps. The router was in the room and they do have fiberglass. No clue what went wrong but since I need internet for work, I was really disappointed (wrote support, but they didnt reacted). -) Loud. Yes, the tram IS passing the stress ALL the time. You can even hear it through windows. I can only imagine how loud it is in summer. As far as I can see, there is no AC, so have fun (I wont stay there anymore). Alternatively, take a room with a garten view. I am sure, it is much better. -) not really clean. The room was clean-ish but here and there I saw some dirt spots. Not nice. -) Code. I didn't like the registration with a code, since I always had to make sure that I have it / remember it, so that I could enter the place. +) big room and nice bed +) enough kitchen facilities. +) close to the city center and many shops nearby.

The house is located between the old and the new town of Dresden. It's a nice location because you are close to the train station and a 10min walking distance from all the sights of interest. The room was clean and comfortable, the only bad thing was that at some point a smell of cooking was coming from the ventilator from another apartment and the whole room smelled like sausage for an hour or so.

Nice hotel room. With kitchen. Big terrace. Very good location. Recommend. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Coffee machine. Toaster.

Clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much.
