Went by today since the waiting line wasn't out the door. My first time seeing the inside couldn't believe how unorganized it was. The drink refill is located between the pickup window and the order window so you have no idea who is waiting for what. The complete area is to congested. Finally got my food and was definitely not up to KFC standards I normally have in other KFC around Europe. The chicken was soggy and not crisp as it should be. Maybe it'll get better with experience. Edit: went back after a few weeks and as I expected the lines are shorter and the food is getting better (except mashed potatoes and gravy). Still too many people standing around not knowing where to be. There's about 35 seats here but very close together. One thing to be aware of is when you order a bucket, make sure you check your receipt and chicken to see if you got the correct pieces. We had no big pieces in our Kentucky bucket, only hot wings and crispers (chicken strips). Slowly getting better.

The service is ok, but this KFC compared to other branches is almost tasteless. Very limited spices, no smell of the authentic KFC spices. Besides, there's no option to make every order spicy(chilly), there are only specific chilly options. Compared to KFCs in other countries, this is a joke.

I can describe the visit to this KFC branch as good. The place is spacious with many tables but most of them empty. The prices are standard and the bathrooms are small. The food was not the best, as it was cold. There could be improvements.

The place isn’t that spacious. We came early in the morning, so we could easily find a table. But when we left, it’s a little packed and there were no seats available. Everything was served warm and tasted okay, just exactly what one can expect when going to KFC. I personally found the original Fried Chicken way more tastier than the hot wings. And free refills are also offered, which I found great.

I had to wait for almost half an hour to get my order served for dine-in. The chicken served were tender inside. You get unlimited refills for your drinks. The staff behavior was pleasant.

Taste of chicken was not good. Even it was not crispy but more oily. Drink refill is placed between order counter and delivery counter so u never know who is waiting in the queue.

Really unsatisified with the service. I ordered All in the box' combo today. Crispy chicken and the orginal chicken receipe was missing in the box. The chicken pieces are really small as well. I dont at all recommend ordering food from this KFC, dresden.

On the outskirt of Old Town. All surrounding restaurants and fast food were closed except them so that night KFC was packed. Store has very limited seating and looked very cramped, so we got take-out. Had their nuggets and strips family meal. The line to order coiled inside the mini store front but it moved fast. We got our order in lightning time; less than 2 minutes! Food very fresh; it has to be fresh if they are this busy.

Every one knows about the food quality so i am not talking about it. There was a bit rush here. But it took about 40 mins to get our food. The outlet itself is not clean. See the pictures of the tables. Not clean/not well maintained. Actually i had to ask for my order after 40 mins, they said they can't see my order and said someone might have taken it. I was pretty sure that they didn't call out the order number as i was sitting there for 40 mins. They messed up with something at their system and the order was not visible any more. I also had to talk bit harshly to get my delivery. After I got my order, i must say the kfc burger was worst. Just had cheese and chicken pieces and it doesn't taste good. Also i chose 7up as my drink. But I got just soda instead of 7 up. Lastly there was no water in men's washroom. Total disaster!!! I request the manager to add some employees at this outlet so that people don't have to suffer.

Wir haben uns beliefern lassen. Die Lieferung kam wie zur angegebenen Zeit. Von daher gar kein Problem, dass wir etwas gewartet haben. Die Produkte waren noch heiß, und nichts war pappig oder matschig. Das einzige, was nicht so gut war, war die Panade der Wings und Crunchies. Dieser hätte etwas mehr frittiert sein können. Der kartoffelstampfe mit Gravy war sehr lecker. Ebenso waren die Burger nicht schlecht.

Das Essen kam schnell. Jetzt zum negativen: Das Klima liegt weit unter der standardisierten Raumtemperatur Das Essen war dementsprechend KALT. Die Dips wurden nicht serviert und nach Nachfrage wurden einem die mit Salmonellen verseuchte Mayonnaise überreicht. Wild wuchernde Knochenstücke sprießen mir aus den gespaltenen Chicken Schenkeln entgegen. Das Schlimmste - die Lebensweisheiten des KentuckyFriedChickenMan.

Die meisten negativen Bewertungen hier kann ich nicht bestätigen. Der Laden ist sehr modern und recht klein was den Sitzbereich angeht. Im Sommer ist das allerdings kein Problem, da es genügend Sitzplätze im freien vor dem Laden gibt. Man kann entweder "klassisch" beim Personal bestellen oder aber per Bestell-Terminals. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Sitzbereich und der Boden waren entgegen einiger anderer Bewertungen hier sehr sauber. Das Chicken war sehr sehr frisch und knusprig ebenso die Pommes. Die Bestellung war keine 2min nach Aufgabe der Bestellung bereits fertig. Hier stimmte einfach alles. Gerne immer so bei KFC!

I like KFC more than other fast food restaurants and the food is really delicious. However they don't allow our dog to be sit beside us in the restaurant unlike other places and because of that we took out food to home

the worst KFC I've ever been to. I ordered a menu and waited for it for over 25 minutes. there was minimum souce in the wrap, so it was dry. When I went to pour my drink, I only got colored sparkling water instead of Pepsi. Overall, the place was also very dirty. I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Have the usual KFC menus and promos. Not so many seatings.

Auf bis 23⁰⁰, aber die Tische und Stühle im Außenbereich waren schon 22⁰⁰ aneinandergekettet, sodass eine Sitzmöglichkeit nicht bzw. schlecht möglich war. In den Fensterscheiben 1000ende von Fliegen. Drinnen tierisch warm (dafür können die Mitarbeiter aber nichts, wenn KFC die Klima nicht einschaltet oder nicht vorhanden ist) und der Gesamtbereich (innen & außen) klebrig und versüff) Ich fand es EKELHAFT. Musste aber nix dert essen, sondern nur meine Begleitung.

Die Mitarbeiter waren hinreichend freundlich und haben ihren Job gut gemacht. Es war sauber. Das Essen allerdings war den Preis absolut nicht wert. Für den Preis war die Menge, die man bekommen hat, sehr gering, satt geworden ist man davon nicht. Auch die Qualität ließ zu wünschen übrig, so war von der beworbenen Frische z.B. beim Salat nichts zu merken und auch sonst war es ein absoluter Reinfall, das Essen war insgesamt recht geschmacksarm - es ähnelte gewürzter Pappe. Auch sollte die nicht vorhandene Mülltrennung erwähnt werden. Für 9 Euro und kann ich mir anderswo mehr und besseres Essen gönnen. Dazu rate ich auch jedem anderen.

Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Essen, das ich je bei Kfc gegessen habe. Der Preis von 6,29 Euro für zwei Stücke Huhn so klein und nicht schmackhaft ist zu unangemessen. Ich gebe 1 Stern für diese Erfahrung.

Das Essen war kalt und geschmacklos, dazu war es stark ölig. Der Kellner war unfreundlich und ich habe nur Hähnchenbrust bestellt, aber bekam etwas anderes und meinte, du musst 20 Minuten extra warten , wenn du nur die Hähnchen Brust haben willst. Nicht zu empfehlen 👎👎

The chicken is so bad. It’s supposed to be ‘crispy’ but it was soggy. Hands down one of the worst KFCs I’ve ever been to. Please shut down.

Good place to eat when you are hungry, but I prefer the polish version of KFC meals 😇

For second time messed up take away order. For the first time only switch from smashed potatoes to fries...for second time completely messed up order. Probably some else order instead. I would recommend to order there...the what you get is like a lottery.

Oversalted chicken, Garbage dry burger. The only thing that was made correct was packing me premade sauces!!! Disappointed me 1 year ago and yet still no improvement. No wonder they closed down 5 years ago. Poor managment and quality.

All raw, the chicken, and when you complain they don't care, you spend 120€, and the service is terrible.
