The concept of this restaurant is nice and futuristic. Though it does not have a unique status and its own system is flawed in many ways. I will judge the restaurant in seven steps and then give an overall grade. The location of this restaurant is good (3/5). It is right at the central train station of Dresden, though it is on the 3rd floor and thereby hard to reach, especially in bigger groups. The design, decoration and theme of this restaurant are based on astronomy and serve their purpose acceptably (3/5). There is nothing special about it, as it is mostly blend, nor is there anything to criticize. The menu of the restaurant is tiny. Most of the time, small menues indicate high quality, though this particular aspect does not apply here. There is only one vegetarian option and overall not a lot of possibilities (1/5). The system with which the food is ordered is greatly flawed. IPads are being given to the customer for ordering. They don't work some times and their operating system is slow and hard to understand at first sight. Some iPads were even broken (1/5). The food itself traveled along rails on the ceiling. It is pretty futuristic and looks cool, though there were problems with the food and drinks arriving at the right place (3/5). The food itself was of outrageously bad quality. Some parts of some dishes were not even cooked properly and were still frozen/cold in the middle. This strongly indicates that the food is not fresh and just heated up, which is a sad aspect, considering the fairly high price (0/5). The staff was overall nice, but couldn't really help out on our problems regarding the ordering process (3/5). All in all the restaurant therefore receives a 2/5. I would not recommend this restaurant for tourist groups. Small families with young children should be well served though.

Bring lots of Euros; but then U can even have diapers delivered to your table! Oh food too!! The children of course love it ..the parents need to patrol the order pads carefully or it could mean you walk away having just mortgaged your car!

It is a unique and fun experience. The food was good and well portioned. The downside is the menu is only in German how the staff speaks English and is very helpful.

The excitement of having your food served in a swerving roller-coaster way to you is amazing. The location is nice and the ambience of the restaurant is very good. The food itself is not expensive. The interior design of the restaurant also reflects excitement. I recommend it if you are visiting Dresden

Arrived with a reservation and was greeted rudely by a host talking on a headset holding out a finger not to be interrupted. Seated and ordered on an iPad. Drinks served by a robot. Incorrect table numbers when food started arriving on the rollercoaster led to some confusion. Once order status indicated "on the way to guests" it still took another 15 minutes only to get stuck and required being dislodged with a broom handle by a waitress. Total food order to delivery time 45 minutes. Food quality was low for the price. Over 50 euro for two people including drinks. Requesting service by button to pay the bill took another quarter hour. Complain to the rude host and told "we're full, that's just the way it is!" Unglaublich... half the tables were empty! We had to get up and find the waitress ourselves to pay, and then had tip amounts suggested to us on the receipt! Total experience 1.5 hours for a leisurely lunch. Can't recommend.

Novel idea but it's expensive with below average food and service. The employees are super nice though!

We had lunch at this restaurant during a long weekend in Dresden. We were a group with 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 9, 9, 12). Restaurant is across from the main train station. It is in a building with Decathlon. You get a tablet to order your food. The excitement comes when a roller coaster containing drinks and food arrive. They all have some type of label sticker identifying the item. Waiters bring utensils, plates, cutlery and glass. Food options were vast. I chose fish and chips which were tasty. We also had the molten chocolate cake with ice cream which was out of this world. Restaurant concept is super cool and I could imagine birthday parties and celebrations here. Would definitely go again.

As always it's been a special event for kids. The meals are above standard, the value for money is still okay, but tending to get expensive. The drinks were cold, the food was hot.

The whole place is a parent trap. The environment is purely for kids and looks like a museum of 90s style sloppiness. If you don’t go with a kid, just don’t go at all. It’s not a place for you. Even if you do, the prices are high, mainly compared with the questionable quality of food. A falling bottle from the sky on a head of one of the kids was just a cherry on the top. On a positive note, the service is somewhat okay, and the concept itself is quite interesting, which is probably why most of the people get here.

Nice concept, however only go if you have constipation. This food will give you diarrhea!

Food quality is good. Bit expensive. The food delivery is by looping construction ... Coffee by robot. Trash is collected by human. Order on tablet, Paying at human. Paintings/prints on the walls are bad resolution and sometimes not in proportion.. drives me crazy. Would do it again. Children loved it. Reservation recommended.

Very nice concept, very futuristic environment. The waiters are also attentive and make sure that the customers are satisfied. It is expensive, but it's also expected from this kind of place and is worth the novel experience.
