Except that we were confronted at check-out that the requested accessible room is not available, everything was perfect in the hotel. I was hesitating to give 5 stars, because at the reception the lady was very helpful and changed the room directly to one with shower. Note: the shower was not a walk in shower, but the person had to make a ca. 10 cm high step to get it and the door to the bathroom was ca. 65 cm wide, so the small child wheelchair just fitted. She also informed later when we met her if it was OK. However this should not happen and the hotel should have informed us upfront. ++ Friendly staff, it is clear they select well who they employ. Top! All staff we met could also work in a 5* hotel. ++ Beautiful hotel and room. We got one on the first floor, I know the hotel was recently renovated). Good sound isolation, so we could sleep well, although next to the road. ++ Delicious breakfast as you would expect from a 4* hotel. ++ Great location, next to the bridge to walk to Altstadt. All in one, we plan to return. Thanks!

The staff is very friendly and the location is amazing. What is strange for me is that there is no working bar until 5pm which means you can’t get any beverages during the day - no coffee, tea, etc. - the staff recommended me to go to a cafe in the city to get coffee. For such a nice hotel not having a working bar during the day is a very questionable decision.

Perfect for visiting the city. Nice rooms, good breakfast, perfect View. Good access to “Neustadt” and the old town. So far my favorite hotel in Dresden (been to 3)

I had a great week's stay in beautiful Dresen in a well-kept/clean room along with a great daily breakfast. The Dresden city Tram across the street was immensely convenient as well. Danke!

Great location between Alt & Neue Stadt. Nice view, comfortable rooms, good service. Only observations, pillows are extremely soft and can create neck pain in some, pool's water was pretty cold

I've been here for a few nights during a citytrip to Dresden and loved it. It is close to the beautiful old city. The staf is friendly, the baggagestorage works perfectly, the pool and welness service coulant be any better. Rooms are clean and quit. Overall it was a perfect experience!

points of attention. * room was not properly cleaned on day of arrival. * parking space (24€/day is far too small for a busy weekend) * wellness (is no wellness) costs 7€/visit for a tiny fitness ( 6 workout possibilities of which 2 were out of use!) * pool was not heated!!! Very cold water

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Bilderberg Bellevue. Perfect location with parking, spacious room , fitness center and swimming pool , very nice breakfast. Among the staff a special mention for Mrs.Elke for her exquisite kindness. Arrivederci..till next time in Dresden.

This is quite a large hotel on the opposite river bank to the new 'old' town of Dresden in the old 'new' town area - Neustadt. It has very comfortable rooms, good dining areas and plenty to eat for breakfast. It is a hotel clearly capable of putting on events or conferences as the facilties seem extensive. It may be a British 'thing', but there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms nor could one get a hot drink outside bar hours, which were 5pm to 1am, depending on the day. The hotel is within a few minutes' walk of a tram stop and the Augustus Bridge on, at times, a very quiet main road. The Haupstraße is also close by where, in December, there is a Christmas Market - The AugustusMarkt - serving lots of Gluhwein and Bratwurst - also nearby is a big wheel. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, including a micro-brewery close to the hotel that gets very busy for meals. Dresden-Neustadt train station is about a 12 minute walk away or a 5 minute taxi ride (about €10). This station is closer than the main Dresden Hbf. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, but the rest leaves to wish better especially for 4 ⭐ star hotel as they position themselves at Booking.com. We have booked the bigger room, which was spacious, but the bed linens were with black spots, secondly there was no coffe and tea facilities, and when we have arrived with a baby pretty late there was no time for us to complain and demand all this stuff, and I was very disappointed. The bathroom is a bit outdated, with fungies on the door. The light regulation is pointless in that room, and there was a terrible banquet instead of a couch for this type of room. Such a saving on everything which was possible, probably during the last renovation. What was good is TV , full HD, good Internet, good and tasty breakfast, where again I was missing just a normal jogurt, there was only milk served, also as for Germany very limited choice of bread, but good English breakfast. The service was low as when I complain during check out there was an answer that they are not four stars, and everything could be provided on the request, like coffee facility etc. Very bad policy to deal with such customer experience. P. S. Parking is outside, and the one on the ground floor has no elevator, and with a lot of trash around. Not cool for such a hotel too.

We booked this hotel 30 minutes before we came in because the Zentrum Hotel was in a big reconstruction and they didn't told us. Bilderberg was perfect is all aspects: Perfect Location for visiting the Centre, Modern and clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, good Wifi. All perfect, thanks!

We were in the hotel 2 days. The rooms and the bath were very clean. Also the windows isolated the room quite well. What was a real impudence and for me inacceptable was the parking fee in the hotel courtyard: it was for 2 days nearly 50 euros. For a parking place which is not that huge and thereof special not appropriate at all. The location of the hotel nevertheless is for trips to the city really good.

Room was ok, clean and very comfortable bed, but the sauna and showers need to be renovated. Parking is very expensive, breakfast doesn't have too much vegetables and was very schematic.

one big disappointment. unpleasant service at the reception, pretentious and seems to have forgotten that they work for the guests and not the other way around. absolutely nasty breakfast, rooms poor beds uncomfortable is it 4 stars ? definitely not international. no difference in price with the Hilton and the difference in quality is abysmal. the worst 4 star hotel I've been to in Europe

Very pretty hotel , made in a classic style . Staff is helpful and polite. Room was clean , bed is comfortable. I always try to hit the gym in a hotel when I travel , this time around it was closed along with the pool and they charge you to access it anyway (around 7 euro for 1 time use ) - never encountered such issue before . Another downside is very loud repair job - around 8am in the morning of our departure they vere replacing AC or heater in every vacant room . Totally understand that it needs to be done but I find it inappropriate in such an early hour while guests are still sleeping. Reception lady offered discount for inconvenience which I appreciate. Otherwise nice place to stay in Dresden, convenient location

The hotel is great and has a great beautiful location. Depending on the part of the hotel, it can feel outdated in terms of decoration and style. The staff was really kind and helpful, the rooms are nice and seem to be recently renovated and all and all, I was happy except for the fact that the room was not super clean. It looked like it at first but I realised the second day that the tables were dusty and the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. I think it's important to pay attention to those details. I would also say that eating in the hotel is very expensive (at least in the bar) and the quality wasn't as good, so perhaps it is better to eat outside.

A charge for using the pool is very disappointing and was not specified ahead of time anywhere during booking. Our minibar had a leftover sandwich from previous guests meaning rooms are not properly checked / cleaned.

Friendly Helpful Staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. Very close to Dresden Old Town

The room in general looks very new and clean, but disappointed that there was no kettle and coffee and tea provided, especially in icy cold winter. We asked the reception to bring us a kettle but still no tea/coffee. The breakfast variety is okay, appreciate especially the tea selection. But was disappointed by the fruit options and also the warm food offered.

Pleasant stay, as expected. Vicinity to city center and all the sites is great. Staff is friendly and professional. The road in front of the hotel is quite loud and parking is rather expensive. Bathroom needs a makeover: Showering in the bathtub is not only unconfortable but rather dangerous.

The Hotel is conveniently located right at the river with breathtaking views towards the historic city of Dresden. Also the Dresden Neustadt is in walking proximity. Very well reachable by car or train, it is the perfect starting point for a walk to the city. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and provides all kinds of food. The hotel staff is friendly and supportive with every question.

We loved the location and the old part of the Hotel. Our room had River Elbe view, and it is by feet only 5 min over the bridge to the historical Center of Dresden. The Restaurant inside the Hotel was very good. The Breakfast room is huge ( you have enough distance to the others) ,also in summer the possibility to sit with Elbe view outside. The Breakfast was very good and a big choice. The Hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful and fast( at the Rezception and in the breakfast room) . The bed was very comfortable. The garden of the Hotel , directly at the Elbe River was beautiful. I don't know how loud it is , to sleep to the streetside. The Parking was in a deepgarage( expensive) directly at the Hotel. But your car is sure there. I would come back.

Although we arrived late in the middle of the night and the parking was already occupied, the staff manage to find a spot for us. Very nice and welcoming vibe. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Rooms were nice and clean and the receptionist staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was very boring, I had far better many times, also the bar is uninspired. You get the feeling the place is a bit shabby somehow, some of the staff have stained and dirty clothes, the carpets In the corridor are very worn.

Beautiful room with an amazing view over the river towards the sights of Dresden. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Wonderful buffet breakfast in a relaxed and calm room, again with views out to the garden, river and major sights. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I would 100% recommend the Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden and look forward to visiting again.

Great location and great breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms. Expensive parking, but everything else was very pleasant. The hotel caters primarily to business and conference travel, so family friendly offers are limited, but it wasn’t a hinderance given all nearby options and attractions.

Wonderful localtion. First impression as we entered our room: special bed prepared for our dog, with a water bowl, and a tasty stick - invitation delicacy for a dog. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Very good breakfast. And - the most important thing: we have got a room with a view on a river and old town - wonderful view, as a Canaletto view :) I can really recommend this hotel.
