Customer
service
is
not
very
important
there.
I
bought
earrings
for
my
father
that
were
supposed
to
be
a
birthday
present.
When
I
got
home,
they
hadn't
even
been
cleaned
yet.
We
did
this
ourselves.
When
my
dad
tried
the
earrings
on,
we
discovered
that
they
didn't
close
properly
and
were
a
little
too
small.
I
then
went
back
to
the
store,
where
they
straightened
the
earrings
and
accused
me
of
having
worn
them
while
sleeping.
When
I
mentioned
that
we
first
bought
these,
the
packaging
was
to
blame.
Now
I
wanted
to
exchange
them
for
a
pair
of
larger
earrings,
which
apparently
isn't
possible.
I
was
in
this
store
for
the
third
time
today
and
was
asked
to
come
again
on
Wednesday
because
the
boss
would
be
there.
The
boss
told
me
last
week
that
a
new
delivery
was
coming
this
week.
I
started
to
feel
like
I
was
being
ripped
off
and
wanted
my
money
back.
However,
I
didn't
get
it
back
because
the
size
wasn't
a
reason
to
exchange
it.
It
would
just
be
a
gesture
of
goodwill
from
the
store,
which
the
lady
didn't
want
to
give
me
even
when
I
asked.
I
don't
find
this
customer-friendly
and
therefore
recommend
going
to
another
competent
jewelry
store.
