Service makes such a huge difference. The Service: I rarely post reviews but this has to be shared especially since I'd heard soo much about this place and was looking forward to trying it. We were a group of 9. On arriving we'd queued up at the entrance as we were waiting to be seated. the supposed owner was behind us sarcastically commenting that he also had to queue to enter his restaurant. First impression? Not very impressive. We are shown our table. Go over the menu and are ready to order drinks and food. However, same owner comes and only takes our drink orders. Hmmmh, we were famished and hoping to get food as quickly as possible. Id selected a cocktail but didnt want it too sweet so i asked if they could dilute the passion juice with sparkling water. He impatiently responded stating he wasnt sure if there Passion fruit juice was sweet. Such fine service dont you think. When the drinks were brought 20minutes later there was no sign of garnish on my cocktail. Was literally just a glass with icecubes and liquid. They should have stated in the menu if it was just going to be a long drink. Disappointed i was. He finally takes food orders. If the drinks took that long, we were wondering how long the food would take. THey didn't disappoint us. Those of us who hadnt ordered a soup starter waited as the rest got there soups, also half an hour later. Once they were done we waited another eternity for our meals to come, the last of us got his dish 15 mins after all of us had already started. The Food. I'd ordered a medium rare steak with rosemary potatoes. What i got was a done steak with half burnt rosemary potatoes. The steak was however super tasty despite but I still did not get what i ordered. The chocolate cake with caramelised banana as a dessert was great. Considering the importance of service im 50/50 on whether I'll be back

Worst restaurant in Dresden!!! Such a pathetic experience with this restaurant.. the owner and his wife was drunk and charged for a bad taste food which we couldn’t eat at all.. totally not recommend and worst experience ever! :/

This place is horrible. If it wasn't for the long lasting sunshine over the corner, there would be no great reason to go here. The guys in the kitchen do make some effort and the ingredients aren't that bad. The service is something between non existent and simple rude. 3 people to serve more than 60 guests around Sunday brunch time is probably a bad ratio. If one of them does not actually attend any table, than there is no hope. The time elapsed between our arrival and the food getting to our table was 1h10m. Would be nice if the food compensates for the wait but not even that. The matching between the description, the reality and the price is just loosely coupled.

We had a family breakfast there. It was a nice place, but: - we were waiting ages for the food (and the cafe was almost empty), - scrambled eggs came as an omelette and cold, - fried eggs came totally dry and cold as well, - higher prices even when compared to few better places in Dresden. Maybe they just had a bad day but I wish we had the breakfast somewhere else.

Staff seemed overwhelmed, even though there seem not to be lots of work waiting for them to do. Not much service under such circumstances, you have to pay inside and on that counter, 3 dirty dishes & plates just lying in front of all customers who have to queue to pay. Food is so lala, for breakfast. Big construction site right next to it.

Very nice café, the staff is nice and the cakes are good! Also, when you ask for a big coffee, you get a really nice and big coffee, that’s quite enjoyable! We stayed upstairs, there is a table in a corner with the view over the streets, I recommend this spot!

Dresden tour is complete without trying the local cuisine. Menu offers a decent spread of food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating, courteous and multi lingual staff (english), english menu available and card payments accepted.

We had to wait a long time to get served and the place seemed a little disorganized. What we got though was great and a good choice for a breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Pancakes are incredibly delicious (nutella and vanilla icecream) ❤❤❤ Aperol's the best. I like the glass straw🦄

Food was amazing nice big coffee and the orange juice was so gosh darn fresh! If you want a chill place to have breakfast and read your book this is where to do it.

I had a brunch here, the place was pretty crowded but the staff this a really good job in order to serve all the clients, however if you are in hurry is probably not the right place. My brunch was excellent

Nice atmosphere, very friendly waiter, really good food, quite a bit, the desert is very nice. Someone of the staff should please take care of the menu cards. It was not pleasent to touch those heavily used menu cards.

Easy way to ruin someone’s breakfast. The upper part of the restaurant is used as daycare with screaming children and parents that use this level to change diapers right on the table. Disgusting. The staff is glued to their phones instead of working. So, no one is serving you or noticing how people change diapers on tables where other guests are expected to eat…
