Wo auch drin steht, dass bei Umzug weiterhin gezahlt werden muss, bis der Vertrag ausläuft. Man könnte jetzt sagen, dass es unsere Schuld ist, da wir die AGB's noch mal hätte lesen sollen. Aber man vertraut doch dem Personal und der Typ vor Ort hat uns rotz frech belogen. Und das ist kein Einzelfall. Daher der Tipp, lasst euch alles schriftlich geben und lest euch die AGB's durch. Und vertaut den Trainern nicht. Auf unsere Probleme wurde leider auch nicht nett eingegangen. Das sie Geld machen möchten verstehe ich, aber nicht so. Das ist einfach der falsche Weg. Leider war es auch noch so, dass uns am Anfang gesagt wurde, dass wenn wir kündigen wollen, ein Monat vor dem Ablaufen des Vertrages die Kündigung reicht. Die o.g. fehlende Kommunikation und die dreiste Abzocke führt leider zur schlechten Rezension. ***Update 02/2021: Nach Rücksprache mit dem Trainer war wohl die Kündigungs-E-Mail nicht auffindbar gewesen, so dass diese nicht berücksichtigt werden konnte. Ich habe meine nachweislich gesendete Email noch einmal zugesandt und diese wurde dann nach Rücksprache mit der Geschäftsleitung rückwirkend bestätigt. Die Beiträge habe ich alle zurück erhalten.
