We were there on Saturday night, my husband got something in his eye while drilling, I drove him. We were treated briskly when we rang the bell, which continued straight away in the ward. “Who is the patient?” “Okay, then leave the ward immediately!” That was all the bad-tempered lady said to me, no explanation why (probably Corona Protection Ordinance) and no information about where I should go in the middle of the night. My husband didn't see anything and was asked by the doctor to sit on the chair that he didn't see. When asked where, he was again briskly told off. Technically, the support was okay, but anyone who values a “normal” tone is not well advised here. This tone had nothing to do with stress because everything was calm and we were the only acute patients. If I talked to my customers like that, I would already be unemployed.

Refusal of medical treatment - or fear of reprisals being treated with. The appointment was made the following day with a transfer slip with registration and confirmation. Lt. The patient was already expected by the friendly receptionist. On the 3rd floor (private outpatient clinic), before the ÜS was accepted, there was a loud demand for a muzzle (slaves) and proof of syringes and reference was made to the "domestic law" - so as not to risk a "warning". The treatment was rejected (dogs are not allowed in here), so any further comment is unnecessary due to (no) [valid] legal basis - because: Steinmeier: “We live in the best Germany that has ever existed” - for which no one wants to take responsibility. Thank you for this oath of revelation.

Apart from the confusion in registering at the outpatient clinic, we (my mother as a patient and I as a companion) were treated well, i.e. I had to wait outside (due to Corona), but was allowed to come to the doctor's consultation. Detailed examinations took place and we were informed about everything. Since the condition of the eye was critical, she was admitted to the ward and was cared for with extreme care. Examinations and treatments take place every day (including public holidays) and information is provided about the current status. Rooms and food are very good.

Very nice, friendly doctors. There was a slightly cynical young woman in the registration desk today, probably due to stress and to be excused if her behavior isn't always like that

Rating 5 stars I dropped my daughter off at the eye clinic this morning after a 1 1/2 hour drive. She had an appointment for surgery. The letter said she should register at reception at 7:00. The inpatient admission doesn't start until 7:15😒 Arrived 10 minutes early. When the door opened at 7:03 there wasn't even a "good morning" from the person who opened it. I said that my daughter had an inpatient admission. He said in a very unfriendly manner, "But it's only 7:15 back there. She allows herself to be taken in and is sent to the ward. There, for once, she was greeted by a friendly sister. But you should still take a seat in the waiting room. At around 10:30 my daughter sends me a message asking me to please pick her up again. Nothing is progressing, there wasn't even a bed for her and it wasn't possible to say whether the operation would take place today or even tomorrow. She hasn't been allowed to eat anything since yesterday evening. I was feeling sick by now and she was suffering from circulatory problems. When she asked when it would be her turn, she only received unfriendly answers. So I drove another 1 1/2 hours to pick her up. I've never experienced anything like it, a catastrophe. Not recommendable. Be

Not recommendable. Although I was on call from the on-call service on Fiedlerstr. I was sent to house 33 and an on-call service from the university clinic was also advertised on the internet. I was not treated for acute eye problems and was referred to the Friedrichstadt hospital. The waiting room in the emergency room of the eye clinic was ultimately located in building 32 and was completely empty, but no treatment was given despite visible, significant damage to the eye. Completely incomprehensible. Rating is clearly negative outside of the stars shown.

Top sisters, degrading treatment. I was told in an almost insulting and condescending manner that it was normal that I now needed glasses after an infection. Oh yes, and vision loss is not possible with inflammation, the doctor portrayed me as if I was making everything up (4 weeks ago I could drive a car, now I can't recognize what's on TV anymore)

This net is empty and the net is empty. Man nimmt sich Zeit..Besonders Frau Sabine Finster in orthoptistin war ganz nett hilfsbereit and freundlich.Wirklich unbeschreiblich. This is the reason why this is the right thing to do. Thank you so much Their treatment was excellent and respectful, especially. Orthopedist Ms. Sabine Finster. I felt that she was competent in her field and she explained everything she did to me clearly. She was really nice. I noticed their treatment with children was excellent. Thanks
