    DONT EVER buy a couch from this shop. Terrible customer service. Super unfriendly. Won’t look for orders or replacement parts even when the couch is still available. Rudest customer service on the phone.

    1.5 months delivery time 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Its really disturbing how much effort the customer has to make get Höffner to deliver items, even though thr customer has paid for delivery. Guess I will sit on the floor so long. Thanks for the disappointment Höffner 🫤

    Big store, good variety and a nice design of furniture (main reason for our order). However, it is very difficult to build the ordered furniture by yourself. Difficult unclear instructions. Sometimes, even not in German or English. For most of the screwing/drilling - no pre-markings, you should measure it by yourself. When you have them, they can be not aligned, or you have nails blocking the way (see attached Pictures). We spent more than 1 hour sorting out screws for a cupboard (many different screws all together without a label, many of which have 1 mm difference). Long delivery times (3 months for a sofa). Quality is similar to IKEA (for original Höffner furniture with the same price range as IKEA). Service at the store was good. Helpful staff. Self pick-up was smooth.

    I am quite unhappy about the provided service. They intended to delay the delivery for a month, we had a big objection so they decided to delay for 11 days instead of the intended month. The item arrived finally, but it was damaged during the transit. You realize that these people do not care when you try to explain to them about problems you face during the delivery of a damaged item and how much time you waste to try to make alternative arrangements.

    Still waiting for the delivery of our mattress that was ordered in January this year. Sad, but will have to cancel the order. The waiting times for the customer service are over an hour and as working professionals we really don’t have the time to accommodate shoddy customer service into our schedules. Won’t be buying anything again from Höffner. Edit: Received our mattress within two weeks after going to the customer service centre personally. They also offered us a small discount for the delayed delivery.

    Large collection, but we were not able to grasp their organisation of goods. There are beds, sofas, etc on all levels and at different ends of each level. If you are there to look at beds or buy a table, you end up roaming through the entire shop to see everything... Clever from a marketing perspective (customers see more stuff), but terrible for the customers (they have to pass lots of stuff they are not interested in). We gave up after abou 2.5 hours; we think, we covered about 70% of their shop interior.

    I have tried 3 times to buy furniture from Höffner. First point which should be considered is that Hoeffner is only a market place for many different brands. The qualities are not same and it is varry from product to product. Most of the furnitures are not manufactuered like furniture from IKEA. From IKEA you recieve the comolete package withmany parts which have been designed by real engineers. Höffner deliver only furnitures from simple taylors whit simple joints and ridiculous connections. All in all it is a good place to recieve idea for interior design of the house but not recomended for buying.

    Guten Tag! I haven't been able to give my money back in 4 months. They are deliberately wasting my time. According to you: money has already been returned to my amazon account (in theory) But what they don't understand is that my account is still closed. Since January 9th Are they able to dissolve it? Because if you don't, tell me who can do it. And customer service forget, they can solve anything. I will make it public, with the help of the media, and hold you personally accountable for being intentionally harassed.

    Update: Finally I got refund back after 53 days. 5★ for the store. But for the online service team I would say zero★. The quality of product is good. But the worst online service I have ever faced. They deduct money, but order was not registered. When contacted to customer care, told to request refund from paypal and order again. Then did according to them, but surprisingly again they deduct money and no order registered but registered the order for the first payment. As I got the product from the first order, so I asked them to refund my money for the second order. Unfortunately they again registered the order in the system. As this time order is registered in the system. I cancelled the order immediately. It's been almost two month I don't get my refund yet. Almost after one month from cancellation date and three times of complain, they send me a mail to send them the bank details. I replied immediately, But it's been 10 days since I gave my bank details. Still I don't get my refund yet.
