Nice place to eat and let the children play. The playground is perfect. The service is great and the variety of food is good. I will definitely return here.

We really liked the pancakes. A nice place to visit with kids.

The unfriendly personal (especially the manager) didn't allow us to sit outside to eat (only to drink?) due to possible rainfall that didn't come. We were then asked to change seats twice, due to bigger groups that reserved the table for later, even though we were escorted to this table. After sitting down, we waited to order for about 45 minutes before a waitresses helped us. She was spending her time on the phone, or walked straight passed without noticing us. Pancakes themselves are expensive - about 15 euro's each, with drinks being 4.25 euro's for a basic (Palm) beer (cheapest tab beer is 3.75), without the option for personal preferences on the pancake to be taken into account according to the menu. The food itself ranges from fair to good. There is also a nice playground for kids. Nevertheless, not a great experience for us.

We liked it, but we are not Dutch so the pancakes are not good for our taste. The menu contains different choices and it's quite expensive.

It’s a family friendly restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. The food is awesome! I don’t usually eat pancakes this way, but pancakes with ham, bacon cheese is the next level. Plenty of options to choose from. Something for everyone including gluten-free people.

Nice decor and service. Unfortunately, the pancakes we got were thick and stodgy. Instead of nice crispy cheese as a topping, we got pre-grated supermarket cheese, which was obviously thrown on right at the end because it was barely melting. My wife and I struggled to eat half of our pancakes.

Had a chance to be there with my friend's Dutch family last week. Such a nice place for Dutch pancakes and there are many options. The pancake is thin and delicious. I tried the apple pancake with raisins and loved it. There are places for children to play as well so very suitable for family gathering.

Good and educational place to visit. A lot to learn about The Netherlands. I saw there many parents with their kids. Recommended. Entrance should be a little cheaper. The price charged makes less affordable for family with kids.

Good pancakes, modern decor, child friendly

I had an American pancake which was just ok. It had been fried in too much butter and it was swimming in syrup. We were sitting next to an old car that kids were playing in. It was loud with the kids slamming the doors all the time and I kept waiting for fingers getting in between. I think the car would be just as fun to play in with the doors removed, which would both be safer for the kids and less noise for the people dining. Service is good, the restaurant is clean, but have had better pancakes and didn't enjoy the noise.

Too busy for Covid-19 time, and dishonest about it beforehand with regards to reservations. [edit] They have one tiny entrance with a gate BEFORE their 'disinfection' station, so everyone touches the gate before and after. This entrance is also the exit, so you cannot leave while keeping enough distance while there are people there. They're running a full house, so there's no way to walk there while keeping enough distance. There are only small tables outside, so the only properly ventilated area in unsuitable when trying to keep distance from each other. During reservation they promised we would have enough space to keep distance among ourselves, the only alternative they offered was going inside. My recommendations: Only host outside, maybe rent one of the many fields nearby to seat more people during good weather. Remove middle tables. Remove some of the light fencing in the front so the exit can be separate from the entrance. Take transmission risk from children to other people seriously. They might not die as easily, but the claims that they don't spread are unsubstantiated. Don't presume to know what I did and did not discuss with the other guests.

This place is simply amazing. Great pancakes and the environment is perfect for kids. A big indoor and outdoor playground with all kinds of toys (a tractor, boat, car, RV, etc)

Went there for brunch on Saturday. Variety of pancake choices with toppings and flavor. Just wanted try Pancake but omelette was a happy surprise. Decent price range with big outdoor seating space play area for kids. Encouraging for families or friends to be there in afternoons. Big parking space in case you wish to travel by your personal vehicle.
