    Fourteen is the perfect place to get (and stay) fit in a relaxed and responsible way. Twan has a lot of knowledge about different training methods and adapts the training schedule to personal objectives and possibilities, with a lot of variety and challenge. In addition, a lot of attention is paid to the correct technique/execution, rest/recovery, and all this with a healthy dose of humor and self-mockery. The Hallenweg is also a wonderful (and bright) place to train!

    I have been working out with Twan since June and have certainly not regretted it. The combination of fun and focus creates a pleasant training atmosphere. Twan keeps track of your progress every week and this provides a good basis. Trainings are tailor-made and I always leave feeling satisfied after training.

    I have been training with Twan for several years and always enjoy it. Personal Training helps to encourage you to train at least once a week and this in turn motivates you to train the rest of the week. During the PT training, Twan always knows how to challenge you, so that you go one step further. I recommend it to everyone!

    Twan is a great and experienced trainer. He adapts the training well to the level and continues to challenge you every time. He also takes possible injuries into account and is keen on good technique. He also gives tips for additional exercises so that you can get the most out of the training. In short, highly recommended to get fit in a fun way!

    Even though exercise is not my favorite activity, Twan from Fourteen Personal Training has been making sure I go to his gym twice a week for almost four years now. No one has ever managed that before and it is really thanks to the personal approach and motivation that Twan gives you. He ensures that your goals are discussed and based on this he creates a tailor-made training schedule, where your wishes are taken into account as much as possible. Besides the fact that he makes you work hard, it is always fun and everyone who plays sports there feels at home.

    I have enjoyed exercising with Twan every week for over 3 years and can recommend it to everyone! He ensures a lot of variation in the training and listens carefully to the wishes and needs, which means that no two weeks are the same. Twan is a professional, skilled, always energetic/enthusiastic personal trainer and ensures that you get the best out of yourself and push your boundaries. He also gives good nutritional tips for the best results. At Twan I exercise in a small-scale, accessible and, above all, personal gym, which is exactly what I was looking for and what I still look forward to every week with great energy!

    Twan is a passionate, energetic, spontaneous sports instructor who can get everyone to exercise to the max at their own level. The two of us always exercise, but he manages to keep each of us at our own pace.

    Been training with Twan for about 2 years now. Perfect incentive to start exercising and the atmosphere is always great! He provides a good varied schedule and builds it up gradually to ensure that you can achieve your goals. If you find it difficult to discipline yourself to exercise, fitness is perhaps not the most fun or you just want to get fit, I can definitely recommend contacting Twan!

    I have been training with Twan for a while now and I can only say that I always enjoy going there. You train effectively and towards a goal and it's fun too! Twan always knows how to push you and bring out the best in you and also uses a good dose of humor! Nice ending every time of the week (especially the boxing at the end!). Highly recommended!
