NPF is a gym where the members are central and this is reflected in the atmosphere they create. The gym has a wide range of equipment where you can work on strength, endurance and flexibility with different sports disciplines. The staff is also very professional and always ready to assist. Last, but just as important, is that it is easy to contact and any questions are handled properly and quickly. It feels like my 2nd home, no other gym for me anymore!

Super nice, cozy and homely gym with many female members. The (expert) staff is very approachable for questions and will help perform exercises if necessary. What also strikes me is that the staff is continuously expanding and improving the gym. With great results. I really recommend New Phase Fitness!

New phase Fitness is a great gym with a nice accessible atmosphere and employees with knowledge of the sport. You can always ask questions and a joke or joke is always welcome! Definitely recommended if you are looking for a gym!
