I always love Panera. Try the half and half soup-sandwich. The charged lemonades are delicious as well. This one is close to Emory University. Big outlet with lots of seating. The broccoli cheddar and French onion soups have chicken stock, so vegetarians look out.

Today was a long day and we were starving. We also wanted something that wasn’t fast food burgers. So Panera sounded like a good idea. Fresh salads and soups sounded great. I had the Sesame Asian chicken salad and Tika Masala soup. They don’t really for together but with the pick 2 option I was able to choose what I wanted. My salad was very fresh. No brown lettuce, yay!!! It was very fresh with tortilla crisps and almond slivers. It was great. The soup was good. Not my favorite but worth giving it a try. My daughter ate the buffalo chicken baguette. It was a lot more bread than chicken which was a little disappointing but it made up for the lack of meat with flavor. The 3rd meal was a French onion soup which is my moms favorite. It’s. Very good with lots of onions and flavor. She also got the Fuji Apple chicken salad which has dried apple crisps and chicken. It’s a very fresh and light salad. If you want something fresh and different this is a great place to stop. It’s clean and the staff was friendly. They also have order tablets on the side so you don’t even have to talk to anyone to order. Top it off with a cookie. It’s worth it.

Food was good. Got the half n half. Sandwich and Strawberry Poppyseed Salad which looked more like blueberries but was very delicious. Ordered on kiosk and food came out fast. Not any acknowledged from staff as a simple hello and I was close contact to at least 4 employees. I had a dirty fork so I asked older gentlemen behind counter for a plastic fork so he handed me one..when I went to show him the dirty fork..his reply was " U gonna have to put it over there"??..no apology or nothing smh lol..oh well

Manager Charles was super nice. They were out of avocado and then the bowl my friend ordered. He refunded her & was just overall very nice & threw in a different bowl to try. After a very rough couple days it was an extremely nice gesture & meant a lot. He was very patient with his employees & customers & was friendly.

The pick two never disappoints! This location is a busy one, right next to Emory's campus. However i was able for find parking and restaurant seating (both of which can be limited). I got my go to selection on the pick two cheddar broccoli soup ( perfect for the fall/winter season weather) and the chicken Fuji apple salad my absolute favorite. The chocolate chip cookie was also a good treat!

I meet friends at Panera and enjoy a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup my fav., After you have your meal, make sure you save room for their cookies, Delish One thing I was surprised about was that my friend next to me. Her and her husband bought two meals, two drinks. The total was over $28.00 seriously.... Two meals + two drinks = $28.96 On second thought 🤔 for that price. They should of offered valet parking. 🤣

This locations catering is not sufficient! The order was placed well in advance and we were given a time for delivery. The order was not ready within the delivery time requested, we had to wait an additional 1hr 30 minutes for the food to be delivered. We received a subpar apology from the Manager and some cookies for the inconvenience. This was a large executive lunch for a meeting. This location continues to drop the ball when it comes to delivery orders. I would not select this location for placing large delivery orders.

I went with friend and stood at the counter for 12 minutes. No person was giving counter service. Several workers noticed us and ignored us. When one went by closer, I asked her if the counter was open and she said it was and walked on. I have had similar experiences here in the past and try never to come here. Out of bagels, coffee, etc. It looks to me like the corporation does not have enough personnnel, that the personnel that is here feels overwhelmed and overworked. Please be aware that in order to post this review I had to answer and rate questions about parking, kid friendly, etc. Believe none of it.

I’m am hooked on Panera Bread they have all of my favorite comfort foods and their prices are not so bad either. This location was great because of the cleanliness and open atmosphere as well as the awesome customer service. I didn’t get the name of the Cashier but I loved her genuine kindness and her smile was the cherry on top for me 😊

Great to order on the computer especially since it was my first time. Easily looked through the menu without holding up the line. Your order shows up on a screen and it goes from, “we got it” to “ ready for pick up “. Planing to go back.

The manager is literally eating during preparing for each meal. No mask, jus stuffed face and chewing. Been waiting on a coffee for 15mins and all the croissants are gone before 935a. The inventory prob got eaten by the manager. Unprofessional and unprepared. No hairnet

My adult son didn't care for his "Sip" beverage which was a different flavor than he's had in the past. The sandwich he chose was tasty and way enough for the 2 of us and the chili was good too. Staff is fabulous.

Mystery restaurant providing quantum food. 1. Uncertainty: 1.1 Unpredictable Quality: The suspense of the food's quality is similar to opening a mystery box. For example, I once received a salad where sadly, many leaves were past their prime. 1.2 Service Roulette: The consistency of service is equally unpredictable. On some visits, the French bread is meticulously packaged, while on others, it appears as though the contents have been hastily tossed into the bag. 2. Entanglement: Interconnected Quality: Intriguingly, the quality of different menu items in an order seems interconnected. A well-packed French bread often signals a freshly prepared, high-quality salad, akin to the concept of entanglement where one item's state informs you about another's, sight unseen.
