This place was great! The guy at the counter let us know of the current promotion to order online and save $10 per medium pizza. This was a substantial savings. The staff were very friendly. Pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. We took our order to go, but just had to have a slice before we got in the car. The only thing was, and it’s a personal preference, is that the pepperoni is on top of the cheese so it can cook/crisp up. Not sure if this is a Quebec / east coast thing as it seems to be. Otherwise, a great pizza experience! Merci beaucoup!

The pizzas were really good and the « poutine dessert » was awesome!!!😍 They even gave us a second sauce cup, for the pizza, with a little message in the box cover! So kind!👌🏼😊

I order for 2pm, I don't receive anything 40 min after. I call the dispatch, they tell me the order is coming. 25 min later, nothing still. I have time for my diner and they just threw away my whole diner. Is it that hard to send an order on time?

As i said, im ordering every week. Always as good as the before. Would recommend 1000% its my new traditional pizza, will for sure order every Friday and Monday night! 🔥

The online platform made ordering easy. The pizza was delivered well before the time promised. The pizza was absolutely delicious!

I usually do delivery, never been to the restaurant. But everytime it been delicious and hot and arrive on time described by the confirmation email with tracking of your food.

Very disappointed! Today August 25th I ordered early at 9:35 am via their website to make sure I would get my food on time. I asked that they deliver between 11:45 am and noon. From my receipt it said that I should get my order at 11:45 am. I waited and waited but my food never showed up. At 12:02 pm I called the restaurant asking where my food was and the guy said that the delivery guy had just picked up my order and should be there in 5-10 minutes. So I was hopeful and trusted him, however by 12:31pm the food hadn't arrived, so I called Salvatore again but this time the guy said that there was I power outage in Drummondville and that's why it was late, and he asked if we had power failure too and I said no. I told him that it was getting to late for me to eat and I couldn't take a chance to wait for the delivery guy or any other delivery guy cause I only had less than half and hour to eat and that I had to find a way to get food quickly and I would have to order from someone else so I could eat. I checked on the Hydro Quebec app and there was no power outage in Drummondville let alone at the address of the restaurant. There was no attempts to make it better when I called.

The delivery came quick, no errors on the order (which was a big order) and the food was hot but the pizza could have been a little less juicy. The crust ended up soggy. As for price, it's a little on the expensive side for what you get.

Food: Great value for the price point across the board. The pizza is great but the poutine is a miss. One of the few places offering curly fries around here! Service: Takes a few seconds at worst for someone to respond to you, and the staff is generally extra polite. They got my order wrong twice in a row one time as I was preparing to leave (take out). I was credited and they pretty much given my order for free with no hassle. Atmosphere: Bare bones but serviceable if you want to dine in. The seats are mostly for waiting for your order as the restaurant is 90% for take out and delivery.

We ordered 2 x med pizza, 2 med fries with a sauce and 10 chicken wings. unbeleivable one pizza cost 25$ and the other 22$ we received 2 small pizza's for 6 people Received 2 sauces for the fries completely ridiculous enough fries for 3 people and sauce for 12 people cost 15$. The 10 chicken wings were costly but tasty. The total cost was 100$ for 6 people but only the kids ate 3 people and we went to the a&w next door. I would never suggest anyone order delivery from them. When I checked the menu online, I saw it should have cost us half. Thank for looking into this before you lose many more. Excellent Pizza and service... it was easy to order on line and price was reasonable

They have a call center in a foreign country....took 30 mins to order a pizza and it came out wrong.....person made the ordering experience very bad.... once contacted local person It got way better....he made it right...get rid of call center.

Ordered online for store pickup, the tracking app is really accurate and massive discounts on online purchase.

Speedy service and good pizza. Go for the stuffed crust! It’s worth it!

The only reason it's 4star not 5 is price. Unless you buy the specials/deals. It goes up quick. None the less great food and delivery was about 25-30mins from when i ordered
