Waited another 45 minutes for food; my family and I walked out before waiting longer for our food — which would’ve been gross as I saw the expo window with 20+ plates of food in it. We frequent Drummondville as a half way point during our travels. This was our first time at this BP location. Also the last. Scores restaurant across the street has always served us with a smile and great service. I’m enjoying a meal here as I write this. I rarely leave negative reviews. I prefer to only point out exceptional service. Tonight is an exception.

I got the fried chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were meh but I knew bp has mediocre french fries. The sandwich itself could have been delicious, the bun was fresh, the toppings and sauce all delicious but the actual chicken was the worst pressed piece of garbage I've ever had. If you're gunna use frozen premade products the least you could do is source a decent supplier. For literally $25 it was near inedible. And the food was better than any other location I've been to. Keep up the great work, with staff, service and quality of food. I'll be back as soon as I can.
