I went to see this doctor couple of years ago to remove a fat tissue that had formed on my arm - back then it was relatively easy experience. That's why I went back again, unfortunately the experience this time was horrific. Even when ringing up trying to book an appointment, she refused to talk to me and asked to send an email, which I did - she never replied. Only after calling again, she booked me for a week later. Upon the arrival, I realized the doctor was also a receptionist, and she seemed very angry due to the fact I arrived at 3.22 pm while my appointment was at 3.30 pm. I later realized that was due to the fact she had to leave one patient to open the door for me. Very unprofessional. The appointment itself lasted no more then 5 minutes (literally, this is not exaggeration). She barely looked at my suspected fat tissue before she made a conclusion that she doesn't know what it is and that she cannot deal with it. Told me I need to be refereed to the public hospital and warned me I would be waiting at least 6 months to be seen. I have to mention that there was a dog present in the examination room. As much as a dog lover I am - I do not think dog should be present in the sterile environment. Then she charged me €70 for a consultation. I told her that's a bit expensive since she offered no medical advice and was with me for 5 minutes. She then got angry, told me I was ridiculous numerous times and asked me if I expected her to see me for free. No, I did not, but I did expect to leave doctor's office with some medical advice, some compassion or knowledge about my medical condition. I feel like I was robbed of €70. I am only writing this review so others are aware and don't make the same mistake.

This GP is a CROOK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have NEVER been treated so badly by a so called professional! Not only were both my father and I rushed in each of our appointments, but my father was given no time to actually explain what was wrong with him. The GP told him that she had other patients waiting (same as she told myself). We were with her no longer than 10 minutes each! During that time, she left to answer the door or answer phone calls outside because she doesn't have a receptionsit. Thus our time was cut further and less vital information could be exchanged. As well, she charged me 70 euro but then my father 80 euro without explanation. My father went primarily for the purpose of receiving a referral letter to see a specialist in the main hospital. It is now over a week later and the hospital has yet to receive a referral letter. When I called the GP regarding this, she was clearly upset that I had originally written a short review stating that we felt very rushed and as a result, rather than being professional and apologising for the poor treatement, she just hung up on me! So now we not only have to go find another GP, pay another fee, but as well, have to wait even longer to get a much needed appointment with a specialist. I have never written nor spoken a bad word about a medical professional, but this can not be allowed nor left unmentioned. If anyone feels that I am exatturating the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this GP, then simply read the other reviews below. I admit I was stupid enough not to read the reviews myself before booking the two appointments. I feel robbed and more to the point, extremely angry that this has now delayed vital treatment for my father! I will he reporting this to as many people as possible. (UPDATED), It is now 3 weeks later and my father had to go to A&E and then be admitted to another hospital due to the change of meds that this GP prescribed. This GP had no right to do what she did and should without a doubt have had her license revoked years ago!

I would never usually write reviews but after my experience with Dr Stafford I felt it was too frustrating not to. There really is no interpersonal skills at all evident from this woman and her abrupt nature is off putting from the moment you enter the surgery. With no secretary she is running in and out of her appointments to answer the phone and will do so in the midst of your appointment. The consultation room seems rather unorganised and when getting bloods taken, finding a plaster has even been a difficulty. Seeing the way she speaks to other customers such as elderly men upset me to see and seems rather ignorant on her behalf. Overall, I don’t know if she intends to be as abrupt as she is but it is far too cold of an atmosphere for me to ever return to and give my money to for poor treatment when in a vulnerable position at a doctors surgery. I ended up moving elsewhere for dermatology treatment as although the consultation fee to start over again was what was stopping me, I felt too frustrated by the experiences.

AWFUL experience. I called regarding getting information about a Covid test and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked what the process is after she submits my details she very abruptly said I don't know we don't handle anything. Her tone throughout the entire call was awful. In these times when people's level of anxiety and worry you would imagine calling a GP surgery would be helpful and kind. I hope the lady who took my call read this and reviews her manners when dealing with the public and representing a Doctor's surgery.

I recently had a terrible experience with Dr. Stafford, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts so that others may be spared from the same unpleasantness. From the moment I entered the office, Dr. Stafford was dismissive and condescending towards me. She barely looked up from her computer screen as she asked me questions about my symptoms, interrupting me every time I tried to speak. When I attempted to clarify something she said, she responded with a rude and sarcastic remark. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Stafford seemed more interested in getting through her patient load quickly than in providing thoughtful and compassionate care. She spoke to me in a way that made it clear she didn't care about my wellbeing, and it was clear that her main priority was getting me out of her office as quickly as possible, whilst charging me the highest fee. Additionally, I underwent a minor surgery in her clinic and have now come to find that she completed it incorrectly and I am now seeking medical care to fix this. Now that I am studying in the medical field I have come to realise her malpractice. The experience with Dr. Stafford left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and disrespected. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking a doctor who values their patients or treats them with kindness and respect. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for medical care.

I have always had an excellent experience with Dr Stafford. I was in A@E at the weekend but they couldn’t figure it out. Dr Stafford thorough as ever identified the issue and I’m now on a way to recovery. Without her expertise I would be still in trouble. Highly recommended by me as a superb GP.

Had the exact same experience as the other poor reviews here, wish I read them before going to Dr Stafford. Was made feel completely uncomfortable from entering the surgery. The consultation room was unorganised and untidy. She insisted on doing a pregnancy test even though it had no relevance to my visit. She took more than one phone call during the consultation as she has no receptionist. I have a GP visit card and she told me “She cannot process it” and shoved her card machine in my direction, proceeding to charge me €75. Robbed of my money and my dignity during this consultation AVOID!!! Side note she told me she doesn’t prescribe ibuprofen which is completely unnerving and unprofessional

Great Service! I had been to the Doctor several times and even sometimes with very short notice. Must recommended GP and really good service.

Best GP in Ireland especially for pregnant women. Was very organized and guided me in my 1st pregnancy. I was totally lost in my 2nd pregnancy with another GP. Also very professional with baby vaccination

Few things to be noted- 1. No receptionist or assistant works here. The doctor took two calls while she was consulting me. 2. The consultation room is unorganized and looks like a mess.
