My boyfriend doing a blood test, they told results will come out next week , ask to call back for a result. After a week , he call to clinic, their reception said doctor was not there will call him next day . My boyfriend wait for a week they didn't call back , he called again after a week , they said doctor on holiday will call him when he come back , he wait another a week, they still not call back , he go to clinic, they have another reason said system down,they can't do anything. Until now 1 month and 1 week my boyfriend still not getting the blood test results. Their reception service also very bad as well .

I like my GP there Dr. Holy Porter. She is always very helpful. But overall clinic service is awful. To make an appointment you have to visit the clinic physically. Otherwise you will ring to nowhere. Their phones are never accessible when it is needed. When phones are accessible, staff answers you something like "unfortunately, there is no time for today. Pls call us tomorrow morning". You call them tomorrow morning and their phone again is not accessible. Awful service!

First time experience here was pretty bad. Reception were amazing and very nice but my appointment was for 9 and didn't get seen for 2 hours with multiple people arriving after me going in ahead of me. When the doctor Holly Porter came out I politely asked if she has me on a list in case there was a mistake to see how long I'd be waiting. She ignored me and when I asked again she closed the door further ignoring me. I do not recommend this place and will find somewhere else in the future.

In a word horrible experience.Visited twice with my baby and both times felt very rushed and left without any solution.They are always super busy! Their phones and doctors are always busy and hardly ever reachable!After days of multiple phone attempts(my booking enquiry over email was refused n asked to phone them instead!)someone would receive the call at reception, got appointment 4weeks later,on appointment day was standing outside with baby in rain for ages with the hope someone would open the door which was rung multiple times,after getting in had to wait in long queue of patients for the receptionists to finish talking over phones,finally the appointment was super rushed.I felt even the doctors there feel stressed with the so-called time limit they have set for each patient, which is not more than 10minutes each patient each session. I asked questions regarding my baby to which I did not receive any answers. During the 10minute session with my baby the doctor recieved multiple phone calls from the reception and it seemed my concerns were not a bother at all. Not going back there again

Staff are amazing under the current circumstances. Spotlessly clean, excellently run and Doctors go above and beyond to help their patients. Highly recommend the practice

The doctors and staff here are great. I’ve dealt with both Dr. Foley and Dr. Porter and was super impressed with the level of care I received. Both were very compassionate and knew their stuff inside out particularly with regard to women’s health. Never had any issues booking in for appointments.

Excellent service. My family has been coming here for over 22 years, and I would hate to go anywhere else.

Very professional staff, they are extremely busy there but they really try to help everyone. The two GPs I was attended by were very helpful and kind. The reception staff always try to find you an appointment - if it is not possible, you might have to try again the following day. Thank you!

Highly recommended the most pleasant and respectful staff I have ever met in a family practice and to the young lady on reception Shauna she couldn't of been more helpful Thank you sincerely
