Careless
with
the
patient.
I
rang
on
Monday
31st
July
to
book
an
appointment
for
my
friend
and
the
receptionist
confirmed
it
was
booked
for
Thursday
3rd
August
at
11am.
On
the
day
of
the
appointment,
my
friend
arrived
there
and
there
was
nothing
booked
for
her.
I
immediately
rang
the
clinic,
spoke
to
the
receptionist,
she
remember
of
my
call
because
of
the
symptoms
I
described
to
her
but
she
informed
that
there
was
no
appointment,
that
it
was
deleted.
Hello?
How
can
you
delete
a
patient
appointment
without
telling
the
patient?
I
asked
her
that
and
her
answer
was
that
it
could
happen
and
that
the
clinic
was
fully
booked,
they
couldn't
do
anything
about
it,
my
friend
would
have
to
book
another
appointment
for
the
following
week.
I
found
it
very
disrespectful
and
careless
with
the
patient,
they
didn't
care
at
all.
The
patient
took
the
day
off
to
attend
this
appointment
as
she
needed
it
and
they
didn't
care.
No
consideration
that
she
was
already
there.
The
receptionist
was
rude
in
dealing
with
the
situation
and
even
told
me
to
feel
free
to
book
somewhere
else.
Not
professional
at
all.
I
have
used
the
service
before
and
never
had
a
problem
that
is
the
reason
I
recommended
it
but
after
these
I
am
very
disappointed.
