I am writing this review based on my daughter's experience of attending this surgery yesterday. She had an awful experience and was given misinformation about a screening test that are meant to be provided free of charge. She was told that they were not able to conduct the test in the surgery as the government had suspended screening tests and told her she would need to go private. I contacted the HSE screening service about what she was told and they said that what communicated was completely untrue. I contacted them today to let them know that we are putting in a formal complaint and then they tried to blame my daughter on what occurred. I am putting up this review as I would not like anyone to go through the upset and stress she experienced yesterday in this surgery.

Doctor is absolutely fantastic! Cannot fault the women doctor 😊 Receptionist is not very polite. Told me to change my baby (premature sick baby) on the floor when she could've let me lay him down on the table/bed in one of the FREE rooms close to the bathroom. Then proceeded to tell me the payment was accepted and I get home to a "pending payment" even though it had been taken from my account. I understand you don't have baby changing facilities but to tell me to lay my baby down on a bathroom floor and change him when there was a bed in one of the FREE rooms is just DISGUSTING. Shame on you. 5+ stars to the doctor. -0 for that receptionist.

Applied today as a new patient and had an apppointment on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. When in the dr's office, didnt have a slightest impression of rushing or anything bad. Doctor is a good lad, kind, patient and helpful. In case anyone is struggling like me to find a new and decent GP, they accept new patients. Hope this helps!

Highly recommend this professional & sympathetic doctor for efficiently helping me with my health issue, sharing in depth information to understand the many elements affecting it at this point. As a traveler, I felt heard, understood & exceptionally treated for a reasonable price. Thank You !!! Note there is a pharmacy conveniently located next door.

Lovely and attentive doctors. They take their time and listen to you unlike some who rush though and only half listen to their patients. No appointment needed and decent opening hours so you can see them pretty quickly when you need to. They have no receptionist and only accept cash as per previous review but there's an ATM machine right next door and the doctors provide receipts to claim back against health insurance etc. They dont take medical card so surgery is never over crowded or long waits. Premises is a clean and functional and plenty of parking available. Would recommend.

Being a young person who goes to the doctors alone, many GP's refuse to treat me properly and downplay any sickness I have. Dr Yasmin listened to my concerns and talked .e through my fear of needles. She also stated exactly what medicine was for each issue and even gave me her number to call incase I needed to come back with the same problem. It was nice to have each treatment explained with respect and care.

Doctor was excellent I went with sinus issues and was examined thoroughly....haven't been checked over like that since I was a child Receptionist sharon was very helpful

Very unimpressed with the male doctor I encountered. He was very condescending, rude and impolite. I expressed my concerns however he appeared to be dozing off when I did. I had to ask him ‘Are you listening?’ . Even after that he did not seem to care less and only liked the sound of his own voice!! I cannot speak for everyone in the clinic as the receptionist was nice and have not met the other doctors.
