Worst experience I have ever had in a medical practice. Ignore emails, extremely rude receptionist, up to 1 hour waits for appointments, witnessed receptionist openly discussing patients medical history in the waiting room after said patient had left. Unprofessional and unorganised. Avoid at all costs.

In the two years I have had the misfortune of going here, not once has the appointment time I have chosen been the time that I saw the doctor. There is no point in making an appointment, as it's dealt with on a "who's next" basis, you could have a booking for 15:00 but if someone comes in off the street without a booking, at 14:55, then they will be seen before you. You are usually waiting about 45 minutes later then your chosen time and the receptionist is aware of this too so almost before you get a hello, she asks for payment, because she knows you would otherwise walk out after 10 minutes waiting.

Talbot Street Medical have went above and beyond for me over the past 2 years. Dr John has given me care far above what I would expect from a GP and has been a huge factor in gaining my quality of life back. Suzanne has contributed hugely too and together they took my symptoms and concerns seriously when others did not. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Sarah is amazing and always up for a chat. She is so professional and friendly.

I have been attending the doctor(s) here for years and am always happy with the service I get here. Professional, happy to answer questions, knowledgeable & helpful. While it can be busy, there is never a hurry once you get into the Doctor’s room. They provide great care.

Absolutely terrible Practice. Dr. Kenny mixes up my children’s prescriptions constantly. She’s always in a rush, just look at her desk. This woman should not be Practicing, her licence should be revoked. Dr. John on the other hand is brilliant, when you can get him.

I must say that the doctors at Talbot Street are the best I've ever attended. They are always understanding and very facilitating to my nerves when it comes to blood tests. I've finally been treated and referred for things I spent years chasing up other doctors about. I never feel anxious when I have to attend. Two minor emergencies in the last two years could not have been better dealt with.

I had an appointment with the doctor. When I went in to her office she told me she doesn't have time to listen to all I have to say as I am the last patient and she has to lock up. She did this twice to me. Nevertheless she did listen to me but she wasn't happy to. The new receptionist is rude and incompetent. She is dusting the coffee table when 3 people are waiting for her at the desk. When I went there once she was busy and flustered and when I asked for an appointment then for a different day she flipped her hand and told me to ring her. I don't know why I couldn't get an appointment while I was there.

Suzanne has been my GP for the last 6years and has helped me navigate a pregnancy an operation and ongoing wear and tear issues from knee pain, skin complaints and an underactive thyroid. Her staff (particularly Sarah) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As it is also a walk in clinic the waiting room can get very busy but they manage this well and keep people informed. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I don't mind waiting if someone with a higher priority need walks in.

Getting worse and worse year after year. The doctor is not exceptional... she looked up on Google about the symptoms. The receptionist is very kind to brazilians and irish people! She is very rude with others and very arrogant. She criticises foreign patients when talking to Brazilians patients. She thinks that only Brazilian people speak portuguese 🙄 Patients without appointment pass before the ones with appointment. I wish I could get a different GP, but unfortunately GPs are hard to find!!

Absolute joke. Appointments are not kept whatsoever. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen.. You can't even leave as the first thing asked of you is to pay, so if you get fed up waiting you lose your money. Just avoid this place as the plague

Talbot Medical is an excellent service. Doctor Kenny is by far the best doctor I have ever come across. She listens carefully & is very caring. Dr. Kenny is my doctor for about 13 years & for both my children too. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend this surgery. Elaine at the front desk is so professional & always so helpful too. Other staff including doctor John have also been brilliant. Thank you.

Four weeks ago Dr Kenny took blood for a routine blood test, it took two weeks for the horrible bruise to disappear completely and, here, four weeks later, I still haven't gotten my results. I have rang six times now asking to speak to her and get my results but she has yet to call me back. AVOID.

I went there last Friday, Doctor John took care of me as no other GP did here in Ireland. Next time I need a GP for sure I’m going back to the Medical Centre. Fair price and excellent professionals. He even help me out to had a surgery carried on at Matre Hospital. Great doctor.

I unfortunately got sick during my travels to the UK. I was a little hesitant to book an appointment and see a doctor outside of my own country, but Talbot St. Medical made it so easy. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and checked in for my appointment. There was a wait (to be expected especially during cold and flu season), but no longer than the wait I would have endured back home. Dr. John was kind and very informative. He took his time speaking with me and evaluating my condition. I'm more impressed with the medical care here than I am in my own country. I am so happy I booked the appointment! I highly recommend Dr. John and Talbot St. Medical Centre!

You should prepare yourself to wait 1 hour even if you have an appointment. I face the same problem every time I come to this medical centre…

Awaiting more than a month for blood test results

Prescribed me antibiotics when they shouldn't have twice which ended up causing me more problems in the future. Terrible practice.

Doctor kenny is professional, helpful and friendly. even there is so busy, but It worth for me to wait.

Horrible receptionist elein money taken of my uncles account and couldn’t see the doctor apparently she doesn’t have a “crystal ball” to know if my uncle paid or not I presume file and data records don’t exist here.

amazing doctors! i had a very good experience on my first time with Dr John, we listened to me very carefully and he spent as much time as i needed in the consultation. I went there very sick after a week i was brand new. Highly recommend this clinic.

Super clinic. Suzanne is a lovely caring doctor. I've becoming here year's. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always takes an interest in you .Thanks for being so nice.

worse experience of my life in Dublin (( Unfortunately... i ve been refused to be taken as a patient cause of my pregnancy and have been told only after filling the form ( Which is weird, when you do not except any new patients you do not ask to fill the form!) But the worse was...not even asking me if i am feeling ok,or something is an urgent matter... not even a "fake sorry about that"
