Twice in one week I have attempted to order a pizza here. On both occasions the staff have hung around the back and not taken my order. I can see them back there chatting and on their phones. There's better pizza within walking distance, they should really try focus on selling to someone who wants to eat their pizza.

I ordered the 24euros deal but they gave me free ice cream and drinks because it's my birthday. Thank you to the delivery man and to those who received my order thru phone. You guys are great ☺️

I don’t know what’s going on here recently but the food and service has gone way down. Our last 2 orders have been wrong and the last pizza looked like it had been sitting under a hot lamp for at least an hour- completely dried out and lacking topping!

Order showed up as delivered on the tracker but it never actually arrived. After over an hour wait called the restaurant to only be told 'driver is on the way' or being put on hold .

I often order pizza on Domino's Artane. It's not a sensational pizza, but you always know what you'll get. 20 euros for 2 big pizzas if you collect is a pretty good deal. They are consistent and quick. It is perfect for week days where you don't have much time and don't feel like cooking. The service is messy, they never get the order right if you order sides, keep that in mind. However we did not have issues with the pizza. Overall, good price, OK pizza, fast service, below average customer service. 3 stars is a good fit, I would say.

Was ordering on the app were it was given me a 30% off, but nothing new as the discount doesn't work. So i still ordered in the store, & they still didn't get the right order. Ithem missing, so the time i got home my food was cold. No point calling them as they don't deliver to my area.

Gone there twice,had their medium pizza and garlic bread. They take little more time to serve than any other pizzeria. Pizza includes a dip as well.Their garlic bread is very tasty and is pizza like shape.Price is high when compared to Apache and San marino

Do not order from here if you're vegetarian or have any dietary requirements. Twice this Domino's have sent us meat on a meat free vegetarian pizza. They clearly have no measures in place to stop cross contamination of toppings. Both times the meat was found under the cheese and undetectable to the eye. Only to discover the meat AFTER consumption. I understand mistakes can happen which is why we gave the restaurant a second chance. But the customer service in this Domino's is appalling and the Management did not call me or follow up with the complaint. I will never eat from Domino's again for this reason. Again if you're vegetarian or have any dietary restrictions or requirements this domino's can not be trusted. As you can see from the photo that is HAM under the cheese beside a vegetarian non-meat "pepperoni"

Ordered food at 12.30 am...food never arrived even though my card was charged, waiting over 1.5 hours while app said out for delivery and then said delivered even though it wasn't, tried ringing and no answer from shop, terrible service, will expect a refund in the morning

Food came from a delivery order and completly wrong order arrived at our door. Missing sides wrong drinks wrong sauces. Rang and was laughed at. Such rude staff. Never again.

Absolutely disastrous!! Can’t get 1 order right ever, always messing up orders. Then when you go in or ring them, all staff are laughing & messing around in the back, so it’s no wonder! This time was the last straw. Avoid!!

Ordered pepperoni Italian style. Perfect crust no burn crunchy but not to thin. Perfection

I had twisted dough balls and chicken kickers. Both tested great especially the masala tested of chicken kicker was outstanding, worth giving a try.

Pizza & Sides Stone cold again! The Pizza was delivered within about 30 Mins which means that the pizza and sides had been sitting and boxed. Absolutely disgusting and happening now almost any Friday or Saturday when they are pre cooking their food. Also don’t bother wasting your time calling. The kids on the phone are rude, tell you to send an email . Circus

Worst Dominos branch - should be shut down. Pizzas like plastic, never had a pizza without having to complain. Gave up and ordered from the Portmarnock Dominos which has been perfect every single time.

Best pizzas. Only thing that needs improvement is having tables and chairs to sit and eat. Other than that, very delicious pizzas.

I ordered collection, and it's the 3rd time, waited for more than 10 minutes, staff messing around in the back, and when I asked them very rude faces, the pizza was ready and sitting in front right beside the corner, customer service was very poor, pizza was very cold by then. Very disappointing, talking to me like an enemy, not a pleasant face, her face looks like giving free pizza to customers or a beggar or a dog. Never want to experience this again, Appachi pizza's customer service and pizza are far better. Every time we have to reheat the pizza before eating.

This place is the biggest joke ever ! It closes at 3am we rang at 12:40am and we got our order taken and it was fine we waited up until 3am!!! It never came!! Clearly because they thought because of how late it was we weren’t gonna notice it because we were drunk, what a joke !!! We rang 8 times, no answer at 1:50 am

Ordered for collection.left standing at counter for 10 mins and pizza was cold by then.wouldnt give fresh pizza.Felt sorry for girl working on fone as manager wouldn't even listen to her and told her to shut up and do your job.Wow never use this sop again

About a year ago I got a pizza in this branch and so little toppings on it I started going further to dominos in Raheny. However last night with a mate we got 2 large Tandoori pizzas in this Arrange Branch again. Honestly it was best Dominos pizza we have had in a long time. Perfect amount of sauce cheese and toppings. The new staff must be better trained or using own initiative and making great pizza. Either way we'll done you have won our custom back .

Worst staff ever, cant seem to get delivery or collection correct, allways get it wrong one way or the other. Badly managed

They gave the delivery man the wrong address and my food arrived 1hr 30mins late and cold. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a few weeks later but half of my order was missing. I tried calling them multiple times but they wouldn’t pick up. Wouldn’t recommend.
