Efficient and well-run medical centre. I have always been given an appointment very quickly in an emergency, and never had to wait long at the clinic. My GP, Una O'Neill, is competent and helpful, a good listener with an intelligent, astute assessment of any medical issues I have had, their potential risks and whether or not they needed further investigation. Their fees are at the upper end of the range, but worth it in my opinion.

I am catching up on Medical Appointments reviews from 2017 and 2018 after turbulent times! There were many medical visits and specialist visits and trials of meds from pharmacies until I finally found what was wrong and where to go. Mercer Medical - Yes, a positive (!!) experience. I have attended here when I worked in town. It became my regular GP practice. Excellent doctors, good time given, very good front team, spacious modern waiting room. I deduct one mark, as you don't see the same Dr each time. That said you can ask, but if you want a relatively quick appointment, you'll probably have a different doctor. It doesn't really matter though, as they are all very good. Clinic rooms are modern. I really must say this is a good GP practice. Great City Centre location too, if like me you are / were in the vicinity.

Everyone I've dealt with has been really nice, professional and I've never felt rushed. Front staff especially stood out with their pleasant demeanor!

Wanted to be seen today was told by receptionist I could see doc in afternoon and I was previously there in 2015, then all of a sudden I was told I could be seen next week. I said when I called that it was urgent and I needed to see a Doc today. Second knock back from GP's in city centre today, they don't seem to care, one minute she had a 3.10pm appointment and then none until next week. Really upset.

An exceptional clinic. All of the staff here genuinely care for the patients. They communicate clearly in a very friendly manner. Regardless of how busy the clinic gets the staff here never make you feel like a burden and address every issue with delicacy and respect. I couldn’t recommend a better practice to attend.

Good service but the wait times are atrocious. Doctors have no intention of keeping time. Every single time, appointments are delayed more than an hour.
