I can't actually believe one of your doctor's has refused treatment until a Covid test is done! Someone with asthma and breathing difficulties. Failure to treat early is dangerous. Hospitals can't accommodate people and ambulances are a luxury. Clearly your doctor hasn't a clue what's happening in hospitals. Shame on you. This Covid insanity needs to stop! People need a doctor when they need a doctor. You all took an Oath. Disgraceful!!!

My first time at this practice and was really impressed. All staff were very professional and the doctor, Anna, was very thorough with questions and took the time to listen.

So unwell I've tried to make it to the doctors office twice in the last 10 days and haven't been able to make it. I also don't have any way to call as I have no credit (we're not all rich you know) I received a rather aggressive voice mail from the receptionist telling me its the second appointment I've missed, as if I didn't know already. She claimed it was the doctor who was annoyed by this but I know it was just her. The blonde older lady with short hair with the gruff voice. Always has an attitude problem with everyone. Quite clearly hates her job. She really shouldn't take this out on ill patients. Extremely unprofessional. Needs reporting really.

Extremely professional service from Doctors to Receptionists. I was made very welcome from the moment I stepped foot in the door. All staff we very helpful to myself as I have recently switched GP and they talked me through everything and really made it an easy experience. While I was waiting to be seen I was thoroughly impressed with their waiting facilities and staff interacted with everyone while waiting which I thought was a nice touch. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a GP to go in and meet the guys as I'm 100% sure you will be made feel welcome and well looked after.

I've been a patient since the surgery was based in Fairview and their new premises has a clean, welcoming feel. Having a good family doctor is about building a relationship and we have always felt that the service we receive is personal and respectful.

Old black haired receptionist wth the big thick dark eyebrows is extremely rude with a massive attitude problem. Letting the surgery down in a massive way.

My dad used this practice for the last few years, Doctor Ian Buckowski was his doctor. He was so good with my dad, very patient and my dad wasn't always the easiest patient but he took everything in his stride and took all his complaints seriously and my dad really liked him so thank you so much. . Doctor Ball had some dealings with my mam when she was seriously ill and I will never forget how kind he was to her too. Receptionists have also always been helpful to us too and thank you Grainne for being so quick to help me out last week. , I would recommend this practice to anyone.

An absolutely amazing doctors practice cannot fault anyone or anything .. Indeed, there are one or two other doctor practices in the area that could learn a thing or two about how a practice should be managed and run for the benefit of all their patients, especially their communication and patient follow-up.
