It’s a handy little playground, but it’s outdated and small. It could be renovated and made bigger, the park itself is quiet, nice coffee shop when it’s actually open. Not much space around for parking, but if you know the area you’ll know where to park 👍

It's a nice and lovely park, but not as big as I thought and that church isn't in the park. It's out of there, bus if you across the road you're there. That church (that's a cemetery) closes at 16

It was my first experience in this park and it's right at the middle of the road and really nice. It's well kept and clean and really great road inside for a run. It has also games and all for kids to play and I can see that some events also get organized here. It was a great experience to be here.

It's a lovely park. Small but beautiful and very well maintained. The playground is so cute, with wood sculptures of animals and many toys, is daugthers prefered one. If you live nearby it's a good place to spend sometime.

It's a really beautiful park that I always enjoy going to. When I visit the Graveyard I always take the kids over to the park and it's still great fun, just as it was when I was younger 😀

It's a relaxing place for having a walk and taking a break while coming back from a heavy working day.

I walk around the park this morning and it was so dangerous I wouldn't recommend it if you can avoid it. There is huge spots of glass ice and i didn't see any staff out to warn people. It is a public park and there should be sand and salt applied before the gates are opened. I'm disgusted with the park's department.

I am confident that any child or dog would award five stars but I am going to be a bit mean and award four stars [it is usually too busy for me]. I had the good fortune to live in Harold's Cross and this park was so close that if I fell out out off my bed I would be in the park. When I visited today the rain was heavy and constant and as a result it was almost empty and therefore very peaceful. In reality, because Dublin has wonderful public parks, there is nothing unique about the park other than Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library which is a book exchange for children and that is a very worthwhile programme. While I was there I saw two young children carrying books which a good sign.

The free city wifi was hugely helpful, of course my ATT phone was being a useless ripoff as usual. The little cafe was nice, it looked liked the tons of people walking their dogs and kids playing and mothers out strolling were having fun too on that beautiful day I was there

Harold's cross park has a nice cafe in it serving coffee, tea, sparkling drinks plenty of cakes and pastries available sitting area inside and outside.Playground full of children loads of swings and other to keep children busy in playground.Park is full of people when the sun is out and over the spring season it has plenty of flowers like hyacinths, daffodils, tulips, pansy's and more to enjoy.Park is always used to walk through and we use to use it as a walk from st Clare's primary school across Harold's cross when walking down the canal towards Harold's cross it's lovely to scroll through the Harold's cross park rather than walking down the street.Park is just opposite St.Pauls and St.Peters Orthodox church.Post office is nearby too there's no parking available and park itself is very small not suitable for sports. Also it's locked up after 20:00 and opened at 8am.

I love the park, park is so great for my 2 kids, we live very close to the park, but very uncomfortable is when there is so many dog’s around and without the leads. Sometimes there are 4 or 5 dogs playing together and running around and my kids can’t run and play in the park because sometimes some dogs starting to bark or running after, and my kids are scared. Sometimes my kids even don’t want to go to the park because there are dogs running around and they are scared that they will bark or bait, but I really love the park , it’s great for kids, and I am so upset about it. Also I know lady who is 75 years old and she used to walk in the park as she lives beside as well, but now she found the other way to walk because she is not feeling well about the dogs running around the park as sometimes you can see the dog but can’t see their owners, minders.

I love this park. It's a great size with plenty of benches and two little rain shelters shoukd the weather turn. The little library beside the playground is a great feature, I've taken and left many a book there. I've not tried the cafe but there is nearly always a queue so I take that as a positive. It's a great place to spend an hour or so; a very relaxing space with beautiful tall trees and flower beds.

Great area to jog or just to take a break and breath some nice air in the middle of an urban area. Green with many tall trees.

Great, well kept green space with a self-contained children's playground, serving the people of this area. Plenty of seating, well laid out paths and a delightful coffee and pastry dock.

We have just discovered this little playground within 5 km of our home, as we went out cycling and my son wanted to relax a bit. :) Usually the place is full of toddlers, but it's a nice, small playground with lots of different stuff.

Cute little park. Quite busy so maybe not the choice if you are trying to be socially distant. There's a book exchange box and a nice little coffee kiosk.
