Best medical service in Dublin

Dr Patanne Harte is a kind, caring and brilliant doctor. I am so lucky to have her as my GP.

Wonderful Dr not rushed a great experience

The receptionist wouldn’t book an appointment just because my child is 3 yo and they don’t do the under 6s scheme. When I explained Im happy to pay and my childneeds to seea doctor urgently she suddenly started saying “there is no available appointments”. Wheni tried toget to the bottom of this it turned out the doctor was available just didn’t want to see a child that was under 6 that wasn’t a patient at the moment. The fact that there is a sick child that needs to see a doctor and im happy to pay didn’t concern this person at all. In the meantime she hung up on me twice when i was trying to clarify the situation. I think the people working there should be ashamed of themselves - so much for seving people and the community. Absolute disgrace.

I have been receiving excellent patient care for approx 34 years. Always unfailingly polite receptionist arranges speedy appointments . Total trust in Doctor who goes above and beyond even during exceptionally difficult times.

I've been going there for years. Staff and doctors always really nice. I find that the doctors there listen to what you are saying.
