I had a massage today from Iwona and it was fantastic. She really helped increase my mobilty in my neck and shoulder. It was an hour but the time flew, felt like 10 minutes. I will definitely return. Really nice people and a really nice place.

Last week I attended hospital because I could not hear. I had fluid in my inner ears which would take several weeks to improve. LMD is a gentle massage treatment which involved Aideen applying a soft touch to my face and my ears in a gentle manner. I could feel something shifting on that first treatment. The next morning when I woke up, I was amazed to see all around my eyes and nose was physically different. I knew that the congestion had shifted and warranted a second treatment. Another positive effect of the treatment was the improvement in my sense of smell. I have had sinus problems, as long as I can remember and have been attending doctors for years looking for a solution. I can't recommend River Holistic more! The massage room is comfortable, the massage is soo good, the staff are friendly and professional. I had a payment issue and almost forgot my bag, but they were very helpful! It's a place to recharge and spoil ourselves indeed!

I've been in a few times for massages, always left feeling completely relaxed and re-engergized. It's a total haven in Raheny🤍 all the staff are so warm and welcoming (Claire especially), one time I was in during winter and I was given a hot water bottle and tea while I waited🥰 they also sell crystals and incense etc, lovely lovely spot🧘‍♀️

I'd give11/10 if that option was here for my recent Reiki treatment with Colette. I have had Reiki in the past but there's absolutely no comparison to Colette. I had been suffering from extreme anxiety and stress for a couple of weeks and now I feel uplifted, calm and my clarity is restored. I genuinely couldn't believe the instant results and am so grateful they are lasting. I feel motivated and present again. I can't thank Colette enough for her healing and for the enlightening experience. I'll be making regular appointments and would encourage you all to do so too.

Raynor massage with Joyanne was absolutely amazing! Best massage I have had for my tight muscles and tired limbs! I have had many sports ans deep tissue massages but Raynor massage is best in class. Joyanne is a great listener and picks up immediately where you are sore or tight! She works all those small spots and you come out truly like a new person! Highly recommended!

I booked in with Hilary for a full body massage. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and Hilary is by far and away the best I’ve been too. It really felt like she was so in tune with what my body needed. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed and free of a lot of the tension I was carrying in my back, in particular. Amazing experience – I’ll be booking in again in the next few weeks.
