😠 I don't think I have ever encountered a more rude, dismissive GP receptionist than the blonde older lady in this practice. People often mention appointment, clinic, time, receptionist,

I don't think I have ever encountered a more rude, dismissive GP receptionist than the blonde older lady in this practice. Manners cost absolutely nothing and the practice ought not to employ people in public facing roles that clearly have no understanding of how to deal with the public, especially not with sick people. Won't return again.

I paid €200 for a medical screening due to family history and being symptomatic. I felt like I was treated like a hypochondriac and that my concerns were not dealt with in a compassionate manner. I felt that the service (which I don’t believe they should offer if they aren’t going to be thorough) was delivered badly. I had to divulge snippets of medical history, rather than being asked questions-I wasn’t sure what information they might need. The whole experience felt a bit awkward. I missed one call and then got a text to say my results had been emailed-they hadn’t, so who knows where they went. 5 attempts to call them I eventually emailed them. I then receive my results with no explanation and tried calling numerous times again with no luck. Badly run clinic, I will not return.

Worse clinic ever! An ancient, lazy, rude receptionist is the last thing you need when you are sick. Zero compassion, terrible customer service. Don't waste your time & your money going there. Find yourself a nice GP/ Dental práctice instead.

I attended Dr Alan O' Reilly c/o Camden Medical a number of time this year. I found the entire process to be excellent. The service each time I attended was done so in an extremely professional manner. I found all the staff within Camden Medical to be super friendly. Dr Reilly has a lovely manner and puts you at ease straight away. My medical situation meant that after surgery I had to attend Camden Medical a number of times, I was always made welcome and listened to. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Reilly and all the team @ Camden Medical. Its also worth mentioning that their location is superb!

The receptionist was very rude and she didn't let get me an appotnent just because I am not from her country and I am very sick. People like tgat shouldn't be working in medical centers. I would fire her straight away.

I had a smear test booked here 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was no record of it and they couldn't see me. I had taken a half day from work for the appointment and I had an email from the receptionist which confirmed the appointment. When I said I couldn't come back the next day no other attempt was made to rectify the situation, despite me sending an email asking for another appointment. I'm very disappointed and now have to wait over 3 weeks for another appointment elsewhere. I also had a bad experience with the dentist here.

The receptionist is terribly rude. She should be the last person answering people at any health centre. She lies straight away of face. She is last worst thing that a patient comes across .

I am amazed about the medical system of Ireland, especially of GPs competency level. Acting weirdly when measuring my height to highlight that I am too short. The student (that will become a GP one day and advise people on their health) did not know how to measure height, she was absolutely lost in understanding where I start and where end. 2 stars because I will be still attending to this clinic and there are some hopes to get help in case of need.

I have called over 130 times to make a payment for renewing my prescription. NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE!!!! I have a chronic illness and I didn't took any medication in the last 6 days. Went to the door of the clinic just to see the reception ladies having a chat with eachother and a lot of fun . It's just a SHAME!!!

I was looking for a new doctor because my GP has gone on extended leave. I was nervous to try a new GP as I have had bad experiences in the past. Dr Sayed was down to earth, pleasant, let me take my time to describe my issue. She was clear about the next steps. I was happy with my experience.

Impossible to get to receptionist. I tried calling every day over the week, nobody picked up the phone. The worst service I have ever experienced.

Really bad communication with patients, my blood test showed that my Liver profile and Lipid profile is not good but GP said that my health condition is perfect, even he didn’t discuss anything about that with me. It’s really hard to get appointment you need to wait for a long time that someone respond on the phone or email.

Unfortunately there's always a queue but it doesn't take that long to wait to see a doctor.

I started attending camden clinic when I started a new job in the area and its truly a great GP. Always answer the phone and I always get an appointment within a few days. I've dealt with a few of their doctors and they have all been extremely kind and helpful to me. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean practice. it is very very busy always so wait times can run a long time over your appointment time but once you allow for that its fine. Doctors are very thorough and take the time to chat their patients. Good follow up on issues also.

Their booking policy is unbelievable strict, front door staff is rude, receptionists are very unfriendly and rigid… some of their GPs are just looking information on Google. If you need help look elsewhere!

On Wednesday 4 January I arrived at the Clinic for a scheduled hand physiotherapy appointment. For various reasons I was exhausted and in a state of collapse and the doorkeeper helped my wife get me to the clinic entrance and insisted I see the duty GP, who put me in a wheelchair for his examination, explaining that I might have to go to hospital as an accident and emergency patient. I passed all the tests, including blood-pressure etc and was allowed to proceed to my physiotherapy appointment. The Physiotherapist examined my back and my walking and made her examination available for my GP. A taxi was called to get me home and the doorkeeper again helped my departure. In short, I cannot commend enough the helpfulness and positivity of the Camden Primary Care Centre Staff on 4 January 2023 Neville Keery

Bad service. Do not treat patients appropriately and they will have no hesitation to charge you wherever possible.

Waited a long time for important test results so i went there personally to inquire about them. Turns out they had them and just never bothered calling me. Then they tried to charge me for calling in about my results!!!

5 stars for The tongue tie clinic. We were in and out. It was a very quick procedure and baby was fine minutes after. Thanks so much.

Disrespectful!! I called this clinic to make an appointment after two night with zero sleep due to a discomfort when breathing over the night and I was told I am not welcome there because I never been in the clinic before!! Unacceptable treatment with people who needs assistance! Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!
