Update: I emailed them as per their request below on Sept 22nd & never heard back Organised flights around my appointment, organised & paid for childcare, drove for an hour to get to my appointment, paid for parking, only to be told my appointment had been rescheduled. Tried to claim they contacted me, eventually found they sent an email at 6.13pm the night before my appointment, essentially no notice and I received an appointment reminder on the same day. An hour drive home now. Never again. Don’t trust the reviews, they discount treatments by €25 if you leave a good review

Whilst Dr Bratu and the staff were very pleasant, I wouldn’t go back. Having been told that it seemed to be an easy enough skin tag removal process, after a week there was no change and no apparent change upcoming. I contacted the clinic and was told to wait another week and that if the skin tag still remained unchanged, that I would have to come in again and spend another €150 for another 2 minute treatment. I expressed my utter disbelief at being charged a second time for a failed initial treatment and was simply told to read the small print in the disclaimer I signed. I have since used an over-the-counter skin-tag removal product called Cryotag for £18 that has done what a €150 treatment failed to do. I wasn’t contacted as a follow-up to check that everything was ok following my post-treatment communication. They are clearly only interested in taking people’s money and have zero customer service or interest in patient wellbeing. I won’t ever be going there again and will be dissuading others.

Dr. Natalia is great. She is very friendly and helpful. She will make anyone nervous be as comfortable as possible. She also takes her time to make whatever procedure being carried out as painless as possible. I would recommend the refine clinic to everyone.

I've been going to Dr.Natalia for a while now and to be quite honest she's one of the best and nicest doctors. She's incredibly friendly and puts your nerves at ease. I came in with a weight loss problem and she knew what to do for me straight away and honestly it's helped me so much! 10 kg down in just 4 months!! She's amazing I couldn't recommend her more! I had cryotherapy for scarring on both my earlobes and I cannot believe how well it worked. I had the scars for years and had tried everything, nothing made any difference at all. I had 3 sessions of this treatment but could see major results even after the first one. The clinic is so nice and friendly and I wasn't anxious at all one I got there. Would definitely recommend.

I got the Perfect Chemical peel. It has only been 2 days and I am already seeing drastic results. I have been getting the VI peel regularly and was looking for a suitable alternative. Love the clinic Jill and Natalia was amazing but I kept having to go to the hospital for constant bloods for roaccutane I’m now with Ailesbury Clinic and they took my bloods and prescription and charged me 100 mean when the refine was 150 🥴 that’s why I stopped going I couldn’t afford it as I’m only a teenager with a part time job 😂

Excellent and friendly service. I got botox for grinding teeth at night and had relief within days. Never felt pressured to do more treatments, and found the doctor very professional and likeable.
