    Big thanks to Lee instore. Northside SC insisted that they could not sell S20 at discounted online price but this was incorrect so I was glad I took the time to go to Clarehall where Lee quickly sorted this for me. Thanks again and will recommend this store in the future.

    Jade was very helpful to my mother, going above and beyond for her. Even though the store has been closed because of lockdown, she has been contacting my mother over the phone and helping her out with her Eir connection. Would highly recommend for customer service!

    Can't say enough good things about the girl who dealt with me.I lost my sim card details and got covid 19 and for 2 weeks in hospital I didn't have my own phone.I got a sim card on line as the stores where closed. But at least I could use the phone albeit with a different number. When I got out of hospital with covid 19 I rang eir clarehall and explained the situation to the girl who was fantastic. I got my wife to collect the new SIM card details giving me back my original number and everything was ready for collection she didn't have to wait for anything.

    I have to say the staff in Clarehall are so attentive. Iโ€™ve been in a few times inquiring about a reconditioned phone. They had none in store but the guy told me he will ring me when they come in and that they did. Got my phone yesterday and so happy with the service and the staff. Very helpful and very nice to deal with. I felt Iโ€™ve known them for ages. The one thing I will mention they need a stool to sit on when using the computer as they look very uncomfortable when trying to deal with the customer as standing for a long time can tell on them. Other than that very very satisfied ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    Well done to highly efficient Steve and his friendly team in the eir store in clare hall today. they all could not have been more helpful. i am very happy with my new eir contract. a very good deal. forget the useless, frustrating eir phone line and just go to your friendly store.

    Staff are so rude and disinterested. Signed up for everything with eir, mobile phone, TV and broadband. My phone would not work once I placed the sim in it. I could not make calls or send texts indoors, as their is no signal with eir indoors unless I WiFi enable calls!! I could not ring 1901 to discuss it as it asks for your mobile yet my mobile wasn't registered, so had to go back to the store 4 times and no joy! Chatted online then, this went on for days, eventually got to cancel everything with them during the initial period. Never again will I entertain these animals.

    I got a sim only plan and it doesn't work. The phone number on the back of the sim is different to the one on my bill. I tried explaining this to customer service 3 times and they still reply to me saying they cant see anything wrong on their side. Horribly rude over the phone too and I was even hung up on.

    Don't go to the wit shop as they are pretty much useless. Iv been with eir 2yrs and was due an upgrade last week, so went to the shop a day before hand as I was in the area but they couldn't do it a day beforehand for me was told come back tomorrow 100% we will do it. I also paid the balance of my bill in full as couldn't get upgrade if money was owed. Went up the next day to be told they still couldn't upgrade me as the money I paid in their shop wasn't on the system yet and they could do nothing come back tomorrow.I decided to ring the shop to see if the money I'd paid was showing on the for system but yet again no. Yet 20e I paid in a Texaco garage payzone showed up on their system the same day!! So I phoned eir customer care and got a lovely man who told me he could override the system and upgrade my plan and phone straight away. He was so helpful I got a great deal on my monthly plan and a discount on the Galaxy S10. I couldn't be happier. Why the staff couldn't have done this for me beggars belief.

    This is not feedback for the store but I have no other way to reach out. Dear eir. The situation with installing my broadband has gotten out of hand. I've been waiting to get broadband installed for 2-3 weeks now and the experience has been horrible. Twice, we've had to postpone our plans to accommodate the broadband installation. Both times incurred costs - one week of additional rent in our previous apartment (two weeks ago) + one childs swimming lesson (today). On both installation dates the specialists DID NOT CONTACT ME. So we have no understanding of the reason. There's no way to get through customer service as my account number () nd my phone number () is not recognized by your system. The communication is one sided and is not customer focused. I'm surprised that the leading broadband operator can't provide such a simple service. Appalling..

    Was a slight mix up with my phone number being changed over on the day that I purchase a new phone, so the next morning I called the shop and spoke to Donncha who was extremely polite and helpful and resolved the issue pretty much straight away, he was very pleasant to deal with :)

    Disgraceful. One of the workers had her marks down, lost my sim card and had the cheeck to blame it on me! Worst customer care out their i was also on the phone for over 2 hours

    Shout out to the two lads in the store on Friday 26 Feb. At 10 to 6 they had 7 customers waiting to be served. Rather than tell me to come back another time to fix my troublesome whatsapp one of them politely told me that he would serve the other customers and would see me right then. It wasn't until 20 past 6 that he came back to me and ensured that everything was working despite the fact the shop officially closes at 6. He was a gentleman with brilliant customer service skills 10/10 lads
