Very horrible people work at this place. There is a black girl who was literally angry that we asked her if she had an iPhone case for 14 plus. First they kept ignoring us. Then I walked up to her and asked if she could help me find a phone cover for my daughter.. she rudely said she was busy and we need to wait (she was just gossiping and laughing with a male colleague) then she came up to us and I showed her a cover for 14 pro max and asked if they had a similar one for 14 plus. She said no in a very rude manner and walked away. Management need to keep a check on this store and it’s staff’s behaviour

Horrible experience at this store. My advise is to steer clear of this store and to take your business to other Apple Resellers. Extremely poor customer service and no one has the courtesy to respond in a timely manner to emails or voice mails! Never drop your apple devices here for a repair. My Airpods Pro case was replaced under warranty but to my surprise, the new case was scratched and scuffed at places (TERRIBLE MISHANDLING). After raising this issue with Apple, I was somehow able to get in touch with the in store repairs team but voila, they supposedly did some CCTV checks and have said that it's all my fault :)

With due respect your management need to work on the staffing experienced the poorest customer service today. Went to service desk to get my Mac fixed for Mac that costed me 1500 he quoted me the service price of 1400€ for god sake. And he made me feel that he is doing me a favour and i am not the customer. Felt like switching back to Android

SCAMMERS!!! AVOID!!! They took 65e unrefundable fee to check what was wrong with my Mac. After that they said they could not repaired it as I had a 3rd party component (in my case, I had a screen replaced). If they asked about any 3rd party components before they took my money (which they should have done!) then I would understand. Easy 65e for iConnect.

Went into iconnect on Henry st Dublin Today. Wanting to buy & Apple Watch the girl who was helping us not very helpful she was walking around real slow just strutting around she went into the back to get the Apple Watch I wanted and said she couldn’t find it . I don’t think she was looking hard enough and she said the were all out of stock 😐 well then put a sign up outside or on the table we’re the Apple Watches are and let people know they are out of stock. This girl wasn’t helpful at all seemed to me she didn’t really care was walking around slow as if she didn’t care. Won’t be shopping there again.

Unprofessional behaviour from Apple repair counter. Shop assistant gave out false information in order to collect 35€ fee to hand in AirPods Pro to get repaired. Apple support approved the warranty case and confirmed a free reparation without fees twice, before and after the shop visit. The repair counter in this shop definitely can’t be trusted!

I bought the new AirPods Pro 2 in this shop. I couldn’t charge in the QI charger and the AirPod was disconnecting all the time. I went to the shop and the service it was closed at 17:40 and I should’ve come back at next day. I asked to make a complaint to one of the retail staff and she in 2 minutes reset my AirPod pro started charging in the QI and stop disconnecting. I went again because the case was discharged faster than should. I let my AirPod Pro there to be tested. They called me a day after saying wasn’t any problem and I could go to the shop to collect it. I saw my AirPod Pro inside a drawer with many keys no protection, without a simple plastic bag. I bought my AirPod case before buying the AirPod because I hate any scratches and now my AirPod came back after 15 days of purchase with lots of small scratches that weren’t there before.

Save yourself the hassle and don't buy anything from them, they will take your money and then ghost you. Wanted to buy a phone and had to do it off the website as I was working the whole week and couldn't get to any of their shops, so decided to put an order online for an item that was clearly labeled as in stock. They advertise delivery within 3 days btw. It is now a week later, the order never left their warehouse still and there's no way to contact them. Multiple emails sent with no reply, tried to ring all phone numbers but no one picks up, even tried to message them on social media but nada. No way for me to get any info, or even a refund. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a company, absolutely ridiculous behaviour. I reported you to Apple and will lodge a complaint with CCPC as well. Scammers. It is your obligation to fulfill the order within the contractual agreed timeframe or issue a refund. It's your obligation as a business to engage with your customers in a timely manner. Saves yourselves a headache people and be warned. Can you imagine if you were to actually buy something off them and it broke within the warranty period? You'd wait months to have it fixed. Reflects very poorly on you too, Apple

I have genuinely had the worst experience at this store - I purchased an item, tried to return it sealed a few days later and they tried to charge me a 10% restocking fee. This is the most ridiculous and absurd thing I have ever heard of. In all my years I have never been charged a fee for returning an item still sealed exactly as is a few days later. Staff was extremely unhelpful. I have purchased items here previously- I will never set foot in this store again

I’ve never left a Google Review before but the service this place provides is just criminal. They will charge you a 65 € service fee to tell you what you already know is wrong with your computer and then quote unreasonable rates to fix the device. They quoted me over 2.000 € to fix the screen and battery on my device. Once I decided just to fix the screen, given 2.000 € is the price of a new device, they said they could only proceed with the repair if I fixed everything. I have also replaced my phone with them given I have Apple Care+ and it took them 2 weeks to get me a new device — during which they did not offer me a replacement device so I was phone-less. Apple should revoke their authorisation as iConnect is giving them a bad reputation.

I went to get an AirPod for my wife on Valentine’s Day. I walk into the store, nobody comes to me. And there was a guy with colorful hair, he watched me and don’t say anything. I ask him if he works there, he says yes with a face that you can’t imagine. I ask him for AirPod, he point the finger and don’t say any word. I don’t understand about AirPod so I was asking him to explain to me the difference and prices, he just ignored me. It wasn’t even busy. I’m not complainer but I’m writing this review sadly and sorry for the owner of that company. Hope you guys improve starting with your staffs.

Best shop for all your Apple products and services. The service guys are top class at doing what they do and had my issues resolved within no time definitely recommend bringing your business here. They have some lovely products on display in store.

The staffs are so rude. I was looking for the new deep purple pro max. Well I knew the had different colours in and I wouldn’t mind changing my mind but the way the staff talked to me just made me want to leave the store.

Very bad experience from this shop. This is second time we are in there. The first time we were in this shop to buy MacBook Air, the staff was very rude, it’s like she was doing us a favour for selling us the product, couldn’t wait to take the payment and get rid of us. The second time in fairness, the staff I spoke to was lovely but he is not ready to help customers or solve their problems as it seems he is highly untrained, I was asked to call the apple technician for functions related questions, it’s either he doesn’t want to help (which I doubt it) or he just doesn’t know their products well. With all the negative comments Iconnect Henry street has been getting, hopefully the management will start to take it seriously and do something about it. The products are not cheap, everyone works hard to treat themselves or their loved ones, so a good, friendly and professional service is the least we deserve.

Really wish I’d read these reviews before coming here because as most others mention the staff here are just awful. From the second I walked in they were cold, unfriendly and unwilling to help. Between pretending they couldn’t see me waiting at the counter for help, not telling me what I bought required a specific charger (meaning I still haven’t been able to use it a week later) and being the least welcoming or friendly retail staff I have ever encountered with not a single smile or bit of chat in the place, I’ve honestly never left a shop feeling so annoyed and confused. I work in retail too, lads, it’s really not that hard to make customers feel welcome and valued. Honestly, I wish I’d walked straight out in the beginning rather than giving this place any money. Don’t bother coming here unless you’re a fan of robots in human shells, because that’s what ALL of the staff here are.

Sales service and manner is really really really bad and This is the most ridiculous and absurd thing I have ever heard of. ZERO STAR. I have never been in a store with such rude employees. I have been there 3 times and the attitude is always the same. It seems like they don’t want any customer in the store. They were rude and they didn’t help me at all. I bought an iphone which should have been a happy event but I was unhappy because of how they treated me. I am never coming back to this store ever.

Stay away from this shop. Every member of floor staff were extremely rude and arrogant. I went to the shop twice and on both occasions had staff being blatantly rude to myself and other customers. I witnessed a member of staff roll their eyes at a customer who was very polite but just did not have fluent English, the staff member treated him with a horrible manner. The only positive experience I had was with 1 man at the service desk but when I came back to collect my item it was a different member of staff that had not got a clue what they had even done to my item the week they had it. If you hate your job so much go get a new one, don’t take it out on customers. Plenty of us work in the same industry, there’s no need for it.

The service was extremely poor. I went to the store to buy an iPhone case and waited for 20 minutes. The sales staff did nothing but ignore me, even when I tried to talk to them. It felt more like a museum for thieves than a regular store. All the products were locked on tables or shelves, and you had to rely on the staff to unlock and purchase items. Of course, the staff could just ignore you.

Myself and my wife went into the IConnect store on Henry Street today to purchase an iPad! A young guy that worked there named Craig and a small red haired girl were extremely helpful! My wife and I are not very technically advanced and they explained everything very well! Would definitely recommend to people and will always come here for our Apple devices👍

The iconnect stores looks great and had all the apple products. The disappointing experience was with the staff. They seem unbothered and quite casual in their attitude if you have any questions about the product. I was also told incorrectly about when stock would arrive and was told that the phone I was looking for was not available while it was kept on their shelves. Only one staff member was polite enough to answer any of my questions. They also don’t accept ANY sort of gift cards or vouchers which is quite frustrating.

Great experience at iConnect. It looks just like an official Apple Store, and has Apple’s new products almost instantly, and the staff are EXCELLENT. The products are almost always in stock. They say they are a “Premium Reseller” for apple products - I totally agree with them. If you just want to browse Apple Products or you want to buy something, iConnect is the best, and most accesible Apple Store in Dublin.

Horrible staff in the Henry street store, my partner went in to the Henry street shop today to collect something that I had ordered online for in store collection. Girl sitting on her phone and refused to check if it had arrived and wouldn’t check to see if it had been delivered, just refused to help in any way. I spent a lot of money on my item and my partner left the store extremely confused as to why no one would help. Shop was empty so not like they were busy. Never again…would appreciate if someone could get back to me so I can be made aware of when my item will be ready to be collected…

Rude and disrespectful staff - claimed to be the manager, yet couldn't manage a basic conversation without resorting to aggression. Rather than providing assistance with a technical issue with an iPhone 15, this guy showed me the door saying I had to leave. I left the store feeling disgusted by the poor treatment I received. A manager should be able to handle a conversation professionally, without resorting to aggression. This store clearly doesn't value customer service or respect. A truly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Important to know that this store has a 14 day only refund policy. Even though the product was still in the original packaging, original bag and with full receipt, they would not consider a refund. The purchase had been made more than 14 days but less than 30 days before the request to the shop. It was also a very unfriendly exchange on the subject which, in some ways, was what prompted the review. Won't be back.

This review is for Hugh as he was absolutely amazing today. He is very passionate about what products he’s selling and very attentive to my needs today. I had a few payment issues and what would seem normally embarrassing he made it very easy and calm waiting and reassuring me until it went through. Will say the other staff seemed a bit rude however, as I dealt with Hugh I give this 5 star review to him.

Very unfortunate it was just a terrible experience for me on (18/11/23). Whoever (because he refused to say his name) was the male manager on duty on 18/11/23 between the hours of 10am and 11.30am needs to understand how best to address a customer when they are making a complaint about a product they are not satisfied with. Such a terrible managerial attitude!!!

I went to iConnect to find help with an iPhone 15 (not working properly) I bought there days ago and staff which called himself manager of store was unhelpful and hostile, declaring that he was "done" and demanding that I leave the store. His behaviour was totally unprofessional and unbecoming of a manager. Avoid this store if you want to be treated with respect as a customer.

Terrible service, if you have an Apple device that you need a help with this is not a place to go. They will do everything to sell and get your money but when talking about service or warranty repairs they will ask the security to take you from the store, or refer you to go through a different service provider as they are not interested to help. This is the worst place to go. I seen they doing this everyday. You should look for a different Apple retail or authorised service company. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR DEVICE. the manager of this place is rude and has a really bad behaviour.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Adam explained in great detail about the devices being diagnosed to being repaired and getting back to customer. I had an issue with my iphone 12 pro max. Submitted on 1-12-21 under warranty claim due to faulty ear piece. Received back 19-12-21 in an apple sealed box with details of work done. The display was changed brand new installed. Free of cost. The phone felt like it was handled with great care. Submitted spotless, received back fixed spotless. It took some time and a few support chats with Apple customer service but in the end was more then satisfied. Thank you I connect and Apple.
