Dr Jakub is superb and I see this Clinic goes by the objective they mentioned on their website...quick and effective treatment.. no delay in giving right medicine. I have been here for 3 yrs and typical medical experience I had is give symptoms suppressor medicine and let body fight disease through immunity..but rarely target root cause on day one..which is not correct..but with Dr Jakub..I felt I had Indian medical system experience..thank you for your approach and God bless you

Worst experience I've had with a medical professional in Ireland. I called for an emergency dental appointment as I was in a lot of pain, the receptionist confirmed the time after I specified that it was for dental several times (even mentioned that I thought it was the wisdom tooth). I show up there and wait for almost 30 minutes after my appointment (after signing in with the receptionist, so she knew I was there). Eventually I was led into an office by a confused GP, who didn't know why I was there, but saw me after talking to the receptionist. Turns out the receptionist had NOT booked a dentist appointment, and the fact that the GP didn't seem to expect me leads me to think that no appointment was booked at all (or maybe squeezed in after I arrived, I've heard similar stories from other people regarding this practice). I ended up getting a prescription for the pain I was experiencing, but since it was so late in the day I had no way to book any other dentists, so I'm left hoping that this will work. When I was about to leave the receptionist demanded I pay for the incorrect appointment since I got a prescription (which is the least they could give me, since they essentially left me waiting for at least another 24 hours to find a dentist), and started cursing at me when I said that I thought I shouldn't have to pay. She refused to admit any blame for what happened, pushing it all onto me instead. I will not be coming back here, and I recommend other not to do the same.

I basically tried calling them to book an appointment urgently as my current GP is away for a month, but they kept me on hold for 5 mins then hung up on me. I tried to call back but they didn't pick up.

Very very unhappy with service! I had an appointment at 10:15. Both receptionist failed to speak one word to me on arrival. Very poor social skills. Lady speaking on phone and ignoring me for 10 mins. I just left. Another surgery that can’t be bothered to treat customers with respect.

Nice, clean clinic. I was waiting for my appointment with a nurse only about 5 min. The nurse was helpful and bubbly! :). Gosia in reception was nice as well! The blood test results were ready in 2 days. They have provided me with a digital copy.

Doctor Sochacka is really nice and reliable person. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

Really good professional service and honest the most important. Helped all the way through many illnesses. Doctor S is like omnibus, she knows so much therefore sometimes visits are very short, enough to say what it is, recommended

I have visited Dr Sochacka for edocrinology. She saved my life basically. I was taking a supplement that i should not have done with my condition and they did tell me anything at the emergency in Saint Vincent. She found the problem. On my first visit she did a scan on my thyroid that the other doctors did not and made sure that I am okay with the cost. I would go back to her.

I couldn't leave my experience without a comment. This clinic is 10/10, lovely staff (big hello to the receptionist she's lovely and helpful which is quite rare lately) the doctor asked a lot of questions,I didn't feel rushed at all... He was really trying to cover all the possible problems the visit happened on time which is crucial when you making appointment for a 4 year old, plenty of toys to distract in the waiting area, clinic was clean and comfortable. I'm glad I found this place. Thanks to all the team xx

This clinic was working well for me until I found out that they do not do the HSE pregnancy scheme which is a shame because I found Dr Jakob very attentive. The clinic should be informing patients of this when they go to book pregnancy appointments which was not the case for me and I was left with a charge. It’s also on the pricey side.

Amazing Doctor such a professional approach! I would highly recommend, they open at the weekends and can always accommodate you for an appointment. 10/10 from me!

If you looking for a professional and caring gp doctor Jakub Sochacki it's a perfect match. He answered to my every question, didn't rush with examination and even asked and checked things I wouldn't think about. Doctor in clinic consultation is 60e which is very reasonable this days.

Worst place ever!!! DO NOT GO THERE!! THEY CARE JUST MONEY!!! They keep charging me even they shouldnt as I am in maternity holidays ( by law I shouldnt pay) so they create all kind of stories to get the money out. At 6 weeks check up the doctor didnt bother to check my c-section scar and etc, it took 3 mins to check my baby as well. The nurse is ridiculous as well asked to dress off my baby and disapeared for 10 mins leaving my baby freezing.

Doctor and receptionists only gives attention for paid patients. My whole maternity program was very basic and quick appointments(less than 5 min), after waiting for 30 minutes or more. Now that I have my baby I wasn't checked at all at the 6 weeks visit and had the worst experience on the first vaccine appointment. Waiter for 30 minutes with crying hungry baby(no one said she couldn't be fed until I was feeding her already). As soon as I complained the doctor showed up. Apparently any bother to the people there are a crime. We were put in a closed room because my baby was crying, They said several times for my husband to make me quiet. The receptionist even said it would report me. I was complaining for the time it was taking, with a crying 2 month old for more than 30 minutes, while paying patients were being seen (they got there and were booked after my baby's appointment). Don't recommend at all.

Dr Sochacka is a great doctor, great diagnostician and endocrinologist. I started going to her a few years ago, during the first visit she diagnosed a problem that for years no other doctor could diagnose. She's very experienced, takes the patient seriously and always makes you feel very welcome. I can honestly say that I highly recommend this clinic.
