Went
in
and
checked
with
the
girl
on
checkout
that
I
received
two
gifts
by
someone
and
needed
to
change
as
sizes
were
wrong
and
explained
I
have
an
online
digital
receipt,
She
replied
and
confirmed
I
can
change
anything
under
the
value
of
€120
as
my
two
products
was
worth
€120.
I
asked
if
it’s
possible
to
put
the
rest
money
on
gift
card
She
confirmed
yes.
So
I
went
and
got
a
pair
of
shoes
now
approached
to
checkout
and
seen
another
lady
wearing
glasses.
I
explained
and
said
I
want
to
exchange
these
shoes
but
against
these
two
gift
products
which
I
do
not
need
as
per
sizes.
Now
this
lady
acting
like
she
knows
everything
but
actually
she
is
trying
to
tell
me
that’s
not
possible
as
the
money
will
be
refunded
on
the
card
.
I
explained
again
as
I
confirmed
with
other
girl
before
even
I
went
to
get

that
the
rest
of
the
money
can
be
put
on
gift
card.
Anyhow
she
does
her
clicks
on
the
keyboard
and

me

and
says
nothing
and
then
scan
the
shoes
and
ask
me

and
I
goes
but
I
just
explained

This
lady
who

have

someone.
