I really didn't want to give a negative review, however the staff are so rude and the service is terrible. Unfortunately this wasn't even the worst part. Out of the the five comics 2 where actually funny and had good marital the others where straight out of the 90s. For the price it's simply not worth it. An evening of laughter was more of an evening of frustration. Even booking was a pain and mistakes where made by the staff. Honestly the the biggest joke was the service of the staff.

I recently visited the Laughter Lounge in Dublin and had an absolute blast. The comedy club provided an evening filled with laughter and entertainment. The talented comedians had the audience in stitches throughout the night, leaving us all in high spirits. It's a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a good laugh in Dublin. Table service is excellent.

Most disappointing experience here and I love the Laughter Lounge. Booked for 9 people asking for a group to be put together. Was clarified this would happen. On the day staff member informed us it couldnโ€™t happen, one of our party was left sitting by themselves for the entire show. Not to a standard that I think anyone should expect after paying โ‚ฌ25 pp. could have easily added a chair to our group of 8 put refused to. Made excuses concerning space but was in no way relevant as we had pushed chairs over to make space. As a recurring client to this establishment for Christmas parties, charity events and birthdays would never expect this and have not before. Disappointing. Added bonus one of our party is Vegan and a supervisor came out to discuss this and as her partner was informing the staff member it was okay he was โ€œshushed please be quietโ€ with his finger to his mouth Following this two of our party needed to leave to get food as they couldnโ€™t accommodate us. Staff need training on how to approach customers! We are here to see the comedians, staff are not the attraction in the least! Comedians 5 out of 5 stars as usual. They always hit the mark. Train the staff!

Brilliant night with Larry Dean, Ger Cooney, Micky Bartlette and many more. Chicken wings and cocktail pitchers, what's not to love about this place. Great night always!! โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ’—

My housemate and I attended the 27th Nov show and it was a fantastic night! It was my first time in the Laughter Lounge, and I'll be quick to return. The acts were fantastic, and the entire team, both at the door and on the floor treated us very well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

It gave a perfect vibe for the stand up comedy show I visited (SA Aravind). The beer and the cheesy jalapeno nachos were perfect to go with. Since we need to leave our bags in the clock room we had to buy water during the show.

Money grab. Staff here are okay. Food is okay. Beer is a disgrace. If you like Beer and alcohol don't drink here. Also ordered 2 vodkas and only 1 glass had vodka the other had just ice. Server seemed bemused we brought it to his attention but did rectify it. Comedians......wow. Get some new material. More interested in their Instagram pics than being funny. Ill go again in 5 or 6 years in the hope these change their act. Or maybe not. Sorry. "Not".

Came here the other night with my partner as she bought tickets for my bday. Had a really good time!! The host and the comedians were class and the whole place was full of laughter the whole time!! Really class acts and well set up even though we're just coming out of restrictions. The service could have been a bit better but nothing to complain about there. Only thing that annoyed me is that they wouldn't give my some jalepenos on the side along with the pizza i ordered. This is extreamly stingy as they provide jalepenos with the nachos and they barely cost anything, hence the 4* rating

Best place in Dublin for entertainment, unreal time spent there, so much laughter we were holding onto our stomachs! Gar, the MC is brilliant. Don't sleep on this place!

It's a nice place. Nachos are good and drinks too. Prices are under the same rate as most places in Dublin

How can you have a venue serving Alcohol in Dublin and NOT serve Guinness!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!! No guinness!... is this a JOKE!... no pun intended! Seriously we booked for Sat night (25th Sept) as thought it would be better to do something different whilst in Dublin. Service has to be the worst I've experienced in any table service venue. (no bar service, only table service) We arrived at 7.30 ish and was seated faily swiftly. by 8pm we ordered some nachos and a cocktail pitcher. 8.25 The food and dribks arrived. The cocktail pitcher contained just 3 cocktails so no different to buying 3 cocktails but you did get 95% orange juice and ice and I doubt there is any more than 2 shots of alcohol in there. 10.30 we eventually had to stop a member of staff to firstly ask for the empty plate of nachos to be removed from the table and to order another drink. The compere was actually pretty good and funny. The main acts was average at best this might be a little harsh are I was pretty annoyed by this time as the empty nachos and having no drink.

Great venue. The online menu and order system is a great idea as I wasn't going to be getting up in the middle of a show.

Place is great, you need to order through an app with a QR code on ur table but service is always quick. Sound quality is also perfect and even is you are if the back tables you still have a very decent view of the show.

Came for the Christmas party. Acts were very funny and had a good time overall; nice atmosphere and good music. But were told we had to put coats in cloak room because they were wet and it would make the floor wet (they werenโ€™t even wet we had gotten a lift to the venue and only walked in drizzly rain for 2-3 minutes) and then told we had to pay for the cloak room despite not actually wanting or needing to put the coats in. Ended up not having to pay but only cause we said something. Drinks were expensive for what you got, paid โ‚ฌ54 for two cocktail pitchers and was barely even tipsy and the finger food platter was disappointing. Would maybe come back for the laughs but wouldnโ€™t get food or drink there.

Had a great time here at a staff party. Really well organized, They took all the stress off the organizer by organizing bar tabs etc.. Would highly recommend it, great service and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The acts were class to for every type of humor. Particularly loved the MC he kept the party going!.

Went to the Laughter Lounge on Friday night for my first time and it wasn't as good an experience as I'd hoped. Firstly the door staff were not very friendly and a bit rude. Then my partner and i were sat at a table with two strangers which was awkward for all of us. Then you could only order drinks online through an app from a QR code on the table. The drinks prices weren't too bad for city centre but not having Guinness is another reason not to go back. The comics were very good and I did enjoy the show but the aforementioned took away from the experience.

Very nice atmosphere! The only thing I didnโ€™t like was the need of creating an account online to just order a beer. Also, a credit card is required for it.

Great night , lovely experience, staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Only 2 things I would say chair's were not very comfortable for older company we had with us and it was very cold in the lounge it's self otherwise everything was brilliant especially the comidians

Stand up comedy show, nice place to laugh with your friends. Be aware that first rows are target of the jokes. Not much food options on the menu and chairs backs are really elastic so don't lean on them too much as I almost spilled the drinks on behind table because of that.

  • 3/5 Andrei V. 1 year ago on Google
Overall three stars, Prices for entrance are exacerbated since you will be spending quite a bit there as you will get a good laugh that pushes you to drink and eat. Staff, professional five stars for that. Food, not so much, overpriced nacho chips, you can get them better at cinemas. The pizza I would say unexpectedly good. Pitcher, don't buy it, not worth it, no alcohol in it, or we were unlucky. If you are going for a date, make sure to book the high tables otherwise you will end up sharing a small round table... Which is god if you want to make friends.

Amazing night for my family and me!!! We had such fun and laughed a lot. Each comedian was very different from the last but all shared amazing stories and jokes that left my sides hurting!!! The bar staff were incredibly helpful, the toilets were convenient and the stage presence was electric. Definitely going again!!!

Good place for stand up shows. Food could be better. We had the Indian veg platter and everything was a little uncooked. But definitely good selection of artists.

The MC was great. Gave Mick abuse ๐Ÿ˜‚ The first act was cringe poor (sorry I know it's not easy) Kev the second act was deadly #GwanKev really funny. The main act with a guitar was pretty Terrible. It did say it was sold out Jan 12th but we turned up and got tickets. Tickets were expensive for what we got to be honest. Thank God for Gav the MC and Kev , they made the night worth it!

Great spot for comedy. Usually have more well known comedians rather then starting or local ones so you know they're a different calibre and the line is often great. Food and drinks available (table service). Prices are a bit on the higher side (beer 6.50, 3 for 15 on some beers, pitchers 25 and 6 bottles of corona 35 euro for example) but that's how they make their money and tickets are often reasonable. Great spot, highly recommend buying the tickets in advance as they're always sold out at the door. No tracksuits or shorts. Only downside is they open at 7 and show starts usually at 830.. by then usually a few drunk people around so some heckling is expected but can be bit disruptive Ps: their marketing team is gas if you're subscribed to them. They always catch you out with their marketing.

The media players on my devices wouldn't allow screening: Firestick, Ruku and spurious. I'm sure the comedy was top class. Not something I'd want to watch on a smartphone.
