NO pizza delivery. 40 kids left hungry. I ordered 8 x 20" Pizza's for nxt eve delivery. We arranged time, location & cash on delivery. At the expected time, I waited at the gates, while the 1st year anniversary youth club was in full swing, When I rang, they said they hadn't made the pizza's, wrote my number down wrong - so didn't call me. Thank God for Pizza Hut in Killbarrack - who saved the night within 30 mins. delicious Pizza's, good service and value for money.

I called and ordered pizza. When I got there the pizza wasn't ready. I asked why it wasn't ready and the answer I got was a ridiculous answer. staff sitting inside laughing and joking. It was my first and last order. bad service 👎👎👎

Took over 1 hour to come from edenmore Mizonis came and whole order was wrong rang them back up and the girl was very cheeky refused to change the order (that she got wrong) she was talking to me as if I got the order wrong 🤣 never again

Great pizzas but never and I mean NEVER order for delivery. There is always a problem and be prepared to wait over an hour. Beyond hopeless!

I'd give zero stars if I could made an order it was delivered the drink was forgotten I called and told the girl on the phone she told me I don't think I can get it out as the driver is gone to another delivery. My response was well I paid for it so I expect it to be delivered I've been charged for something that I did not receive. She said well I can try get it delivered. I told her that's not acceptable I paid for it so it needs to be delivered she then hung up on me. If she had apologised and said no problem ill get that to you as soon as we can all would be fine I'm more annoyed at the lack of customer service and the fact that they let someone with her rudeness be first point of contact to there customers says alot about management. To hang up on a paying customer is a joke. Shows not only lack of knowledge to deal with customer complaints but lack of care of customer retention. I am very disappointed and would avoid ordering from them again if this is how they deal with THEIR MISTAKE!!!

For 15 euros I got burned pizza, disgrace

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on deliveroo and it was sent to the incorrect address by Mizzonis. When I called to complain about the extremely lengthy delay and inedible cold food i was told by the operative that they would send a new one out. I asked for them to put it on the account as it was now too late (over 90 minutes since I ordered). I was told this was not a problem, when I called to reorder a week or so later the manager told me he could only give me 10 or 20% off for this. I told him this was unacceptable as I was told differently and he refused to honour this. Will not order out of here again and very disappointed with how it was handled.

It would get a better reading if they answered the calls before closing time!! Made 4 calls from 3:30 until 3:55 and no answer. That is a hike specially you allow orders until 4:00am on a Saturday. Edenmore is a let down and this is at. 3:47 making a call to them. Fix your franchise!!!!

Really really nice pizza. Not too greasy, nicely cooked. Really crispy delicious wedges and wings. Garlic sauce was also great. Arrived in 20 mins. Would really recommend :)

Ordered pizza last night, never arrived. Lied on phone saying driver knocked. We have a door bell camera he clearly didnt. Why didnt he ring? Shop was closed when we rang back. Long term regular customers. Wont be ordering again.

Got the wrong order after an hour waiting, rang up and the girl on the phone didn’t apologies for there mistake and sent the driver back to collect the pizza said she’ll send out the right one but we’d have to wait again, just asked for a refund. I’ve never heard of this before are they going to give this pizza to someone else? I wouldn’t want a pizza that has been in someone else’s hands.
