phenomenal customer service, I put the wrong phone number on my order, and when I called to see where it was, the woman on the other side of the phone was so helpful, I should have gotten her name!

If I could give no stars I would, we ordered for collection and when walked into the store and not one person acknowledged us there were 4 what looked like delivery drivers just standing around laughing and 3 people making pizza, they took a phone call then walked away, after 5-10 mins we had to yell through to the kitchen where the person just said "name" they then proceeded to get our order which is when they took one of our boxes off? They brought the order to us and just walked away we had to wait again just to get one our sides which I see now why there are so maybe complaints about cold food in these reviews, I get it can busy but to not acknowledge customers is simply just rude

The delivery service it is amazing, very fast I have never had any trouble with they. And today I had their Vegan pizza for the first time. It is so delicious, even the vegan garlic sauce came along. Their vegan cheese is one of the best that I have tried, they could put more cheese though. I'm looking forward for the Vegan Nachos🤗

Service here is absolutely atrocious. I myself was simply trying to order a pizza when a lady with a strong Russian accent told me to “f off”. I was appalled as this call was on the hands free speaker in my car with my 3 daughters listening. This cannot go unnoticed. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLACE!!! ORDERED FOR COLLECTING AT 11:50, AND I WAS STILL STANDING THERE AT 12:50!!! I RECEIVED RAW WEDGE COLD PIZZA!! WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK INTO HER she said “I don’t know how your pizza went cold so quickly” MY PIZZA WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER THE HOLE TIME!!! Just ordered pizza to be delivered. Haven’t received it after tracker says it’s been delivered. No phone call explaining what happened so €30 down the drain. Tried ringing the branch with no answer. Do not order from here.

The pizzas are not great but not bad either. They do offer gluten free options and vegan cheese as well but you have to call for that as the online menu does not allow for it. Other than that the only cons are incredible rude staff on the phone when you order. They literally yell at you. Delivery guys are however sound !

Used to be a great Dominos, not so great now. They often enough turn off their online orders so you can’t order in advance. They also don’t answer the phone either so can’t order that way. There’s really no parking by there and since you can’t really order any way other than stopping in, it makes it very awkward to get food. They also only take online orders past midnight and weren’t the nicest when I tried to order in shop, not knowing. I know the delivery charge is probably standardised by Dominos themselves but still, charging 4 quid for a five minute drive round the corner is madness. All in all, I’d rather go to a different Dominos since this place isn’t the best and is super inconvenient.

Ordered pizza for myself and a few friends this evening. It took an hour to arrive because the directions were very poor on Google maps. While waiting for the order, I called and a lady on the phone informed me since the food will most likely be cold, they would cook fresh pizza and a different delivery driver would deliver it. The first delivery driver was very apologetic and professional once he arrived, explaining what had happened. It was through no fault of the driver and the situation was handled very well. Thanks for the great pizza.

Horrible pizza one of the worst I’ve had. Bland, dry, completely uneven slices like it was cut by Stevie Wonder. Quality is not there nor is a quality check by how my pizza showed up. I’ve had better frozen pizzas avoid.

Overpriced and overrated. Delivery driver wasn't great at communicating over the phone. Can't get over that there's a processing fee in order for you to tip the driver. Won't be ordering again.

Paid for two vegan pepperonay.. Got only one non vegan cheese and sweetcorn with non vegan crust? Called and said it was two vegan pepperonay, this was confirmed. One more pizza was delivered and this had real cheese and sweetcorn on it too? Tried to ring multiple times with no answer. Bit of a mess, requesting a refund first thing in the morning

Wish I could give less than one star! Just to clarify exactly what happened. I had just finished my 4th 12 hour late shift in a row, I phoned to order from the store in Drumcondra as I often do, was asked to hold the line to order, I waited four minutes on the line only to then be told they wouldn't take my order and to order online, which I couldn't do as I had no internet connection. I was then hung up on whilst trying to explain this and ask if they could explain why they wouldn't take my order. I then had to get in my car and drive whilst I was exhausted after my shift in order to come and collect food and file a complaint at nearly 1am. Only to be met by an extreamly rude "manager" that would not take my complaint, in fact, this manager, while I was trying to explain the situation to her, picked up the phone and started TAKING ORDERS OVER THE PHONE and totally ignored me.  Why could/would she take orders over the phone while I'm trying to file a complaint about my order not being taken over the phone??? Mind blowing stuff! Especially at a time where I'm trying to discuss a serious issue. She also turned away to hide her name badge from me when I asked for her name to file the complaint. I will never spend another cent in Dominoes!

This is my local Domino's pizza. We order from them all the time! The Food is always delivered on time. The Food is usually good. But they have changed things lately by putting on a delivery charge. You can't collect Pizza because of Covid 19! Also I think the Customer service has got bad! They don't seem as friendly as before!

Placed an order at 5.55 today, was offered delivery at 6.30 which was perfect as I work at 7pm. Pizza arrived 13 mins late and there's no way to track it anymore on your website. Not happy.

Quality of pizza has clearly decreased over the last number of years in every dominos but still, who doesn't like dominos? But the Drumcondra one can't even get the orders right anymore, twice now I've gotten the wrong order delivered from here. Joke!

If you offer delivery then the delivery should be made at the customer's house. I live in a gated apartment block and I expect the pizza to be delivered to my apartment building, not the gate. Please ask your delivery drivers to stop asking customers for extra cash if you want to get your pizza delivered to your house and not the gate.

Very bad service, didn’t answer phone when open and when they did they hung up, an hour later and no sign of order

Nice place, and tasty pizzas as usual. You hardly go wrong with Dominoes and with some if the great deals, it's always a pleasure to have those calories.

The continuous pavement parking by Domino's drivers is causing major blockages to pedestrians in Drumcondra. Domino's has seventeen drivers and no specific allocated parking spaces. Their drivers park two abreast on the pavement, park in disabled parking spaces and most egregiously park inside the sight impaired dished bit of the pavement, every single night. Boycott this business, demand better in our public realm.
