We
were
in
the
hotel
because
of
the
congress.
The
hotel
is
mediocre,
according
to
previous
experiences,
although
it
is
beautiful
and
in
a
good
position,
it
does
not
deserve
4
stars
due
to
the
overall
impression.
The
staff
is
average,
with
no
will
to
live,
let
alone
work.
Except
for
a
few
exceptions,
such
as
the
waiter
Ivan
at
the
wine
bar
Nocturno
and
the
lady
who
makes
omelettes
at
breakfast.
The
reception
staff
works
listlessly,
they
are
rude
and
when
you
tell
them
something
is
wrong,
they
argue
with
the
guests.
I
understand
that
they
opened
just
for
this,
but
again
unenterprising
through
and
through.
At
dinner,
the
waiters
took
our
plates
from
the
table
even
though
we
still
had
our
forks
in
our
hands.
The
plate
was
empty,
but
it
was
not
nice
to
take
the
plate
from
the
guest
in
front
of
him.
We
were
at
dinner
for
over
40
minutes
and
no
one
came
to
ask
us
what
to
drink,
we
went
to
the
bar
hoping
to
have
something
to
drink,
the
waiter
didn't
show
up
after
20
minutes,
so
we
went
to
the
store
to
buy
something.
One
towel
in
the
room
was
dirty.
The
parking
card
did
not
work
and
they
reset
our
room
card
almost
every
day.
The
staircase
was
desperately
dirty,
dust,
leaves
and
bird
feathers
on
then
the
stairs...
phew!
Rooms
of
average
cleanliness.
The
food
at
breakfast
and
dinner
was
the
best
part,
even
though
there
were
some
shortcomings.
From
the
fact
that
the
food
had
no
labels
or
the
wrong
labels
were
placed
above
the
food
to
the
fact
that
the
meat
was
overcooked.
We
were
late
for
the
coffee
break,
because
the
program
lasted
for
about
20
minutes,
when
we
started
to
leave
the
hall,
the
staff
started
collecting
coffee
and
tea,
the
fact
that
we
didn't
drink
anything
didn't
matter
to
them,
they
picked
it
up
and
left.
Totally
disorganized.
Definitely
a
hotel
we
don't
want
to
go
back
to.
