The only issue was that the drink I got was more then 2.5 years past the expiry date. When asked about it the staff said i could still drink it. But when i did it tasted quite weird.

Every other Vapiano you nowadays can order with a QR code, instead of waiting in line to order, then to wait until the food is made. With the QR system you can take your time ordering as soon as you sit down. Afterwards the food comes to your table. Maybe good to look into this for Vapiano Duisburg.
