A really cute and beautiful museum! I can really recommend it for someone who is interested in nature and the protection of certain animals. That's why five stars for me A fantastic museum about bees with a lot of clear material. I also liked the historical review of beekeeping. The showcase was the highlight for the children. The garden is really stunning. With a lot of love for details! Definitely worth a visit. Duisburg really came up with something nice... The museum is located directly at the ALG Gymnasium. There are really enough parking spaces!

A must for all beekeepers and anyone interested in bees. Here you can experience the history of beekeeping, but also watch bees live at work. The Bee Museum offers a wide range of courses.

I was there on the open day in August 2018. You can learn and see a lot of interesting facts about bees. The members of the association that runs the museum are very committed and are very friendly across the board. However, the location is not suitable for my taste: it is an older building next to a school center. So the rooms couldn't lose their classroom charm. But if you focus on the content, it doesn't matter much. If you're nearby, it's worth a visit. I wouldn't travel specifically for this. Conclusion: now I know what types of bees are flying around in my garden.

Ich habe beim "Schnuppertag" am 3. Februar mitgemacht.

The Bee Museum is always a point of contact for me because as a beekeeper I often attend courses there. The contact with the volunteers is always very friendly. The museum has various rooms on the subject of bees and the like and is very interestingly designed. Worth a trip for anyone interested.

Very nice little museum 🐝 with friendly staff. It's definitely worth a trip (especially the "events" like making your own honey 🍯 are also recommended). Ant fans 🐜 will also get their money's worth, there is also a small corner for the little crawlers.

We really enjoyed our visit to the bee museum. It was a very interesting afternoon. We had a nice tour and everything was explained to us very well. I can recommend it to anyone who is interested in beekeeping or who simply wants to take a look at the world of bees.

Very interesting exhibition about bees. Many bee hives in operation on site for viewing. Opportunities for beginner beekeeping courses. Unfortunately, due to Corona, opening times and courses are currently somewhat limited. It's best to check on the BiMuDu homepage. Interesting for children.

I'll put it this way... While the museum maintains and develops a great external impression, there are massive internal problems. A variety of management mishaps and internal supervisory problems make it difficult for members to interact politely and collegially. A very sad development over the last few years!

(Translated by Google) Attendance certificates or "certificates" that you can purchase here look like they were homemade. Look unworthy. Make a worthless impression.
