I just wanna know do they eat what they sell?

Ordered two ice-cream. The girl taking the order couldn't handle the hygiene and had her hands in the cup several times and touching the spoon I'm supposed to eat with. The same hands she is handling the cash register and money with! I threw the icecream in the bin outside as I didn't dare eating it. They did not accept Visa card.

I got a meal for MacDonald's offers after Christmas time for a whole month. Worth to try and to buy. I have got what I have paid for.

This is by far the worse McDonald's I've ever been too. The burger paddy was the driest and the most over cooked paddy I have ever had from a fast food place. It tasted like beef jerky and the cheese wasn't even melted because the sandwich was cold. The service was terrible too. The employees were rude and they gave me mayonnaise even though I ordered ketchup. I would just throw away this food if I wasn't starving and everything was closed.

soon will be this square an Great place, good coffee in het mc Café ,..No toilet for customer’s,.. but ..for just a pit-stop or Flixbus Stop it is perfect,..

It was very wonderful experience by this McDonald's. I visited there with my friend for afternoon eating. I am very satisfied with the service of the staff. The staff at the counter was very helpful and friendly nature. We ordered some pommes , cold drinks and some etc.... The order take 1 to 2 minutes, the best thing was ,the food we have got it was so fresh ...super lecker. Pommes was very warm and its tastes so yummy...love it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lobby was very clean.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waiting time was also ok.👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Weiter so ....🥰👍

Went to McDonald's for a quick pit stop at the train station. And I only ordered a Apple Pie snack and it was tasty except it took way too long to wait for my take out order and because I barley understand German I was waiting for my number to pop up on the collect screen and I was in a hurry. After that I asked the workers if they had my order and they couldn't recognize my order number so they just ignored it. But luckily one of the employees spoke English and helped me out and I got my order and I didn't miss my bus on time. and one small thing sometimes holmless people enter the McDonald's asking for money or food to everyone Even one came up to me but I don't speak German. I hope in my next visit I come prepared and hopefully the service improves

I have ordered mcplant burger and mcplant nuggets. The oil which they used to fry nuggets was tasting bad . Either they have not used separate oil for mcplant or the oil which they used was already spoiled. They should not use same oil to fry both plants based items and meat items.

Too much crowded during the day but quite nice during breakfast menu.

Food is... what you would expect from McDonald's. For everyone thinking of eating there, the McDonald's app is a must get (it has a lot of discounts and coupons). A big positive are the long working hours, but an even bigger negative is the lack of a toilet/place to wash your hands.

I did my order at 12am, i had a train at 12:15. So at 12:10 i went to the "abholung" desk to ask for my order, i spoke directly with the manager (by chance) and he was upset that i ask for my order and said that it doesn'tmatter that i have a train in 5min "not his problem" and was waving his hands, i told him that if i choosed to eat at McDonald's it's because it's called Fast-food so if they can't be quick on preparing orders then they shouldn't called themselves Fastfood anymore. 2 minutes after, i had my order but i missed my train. 👍🏼😊

The service was horrible. Would not recommend of you have a special diet or allergies. They mixed up my whole order.

If you don't want to spend 1 Euro for toilet in the bhanhof you can access this place.

Typical mc restaurant, many people, a lot of place to sit, and typical food

McDonald's it's a very clean and neat place to buy your fast food and snacks. They also have good and nice staffs. I always get my food when ever I am in duisburg and the smile from the faces of their staffs brightened my day. That is why I am giving them 5 stars

The worst place you can go to

Do not go to this McDonald’s it is absolutely disgraceful I see the manager of this McDonald’s picking on a young boy and throwing him out he pick up a chair and tried to throw it at the young boy and the young boy tried to throw one back at him disgraceful he should be fired

They may not put sauce in the take-away order, and in the Happy Meal, the child was not put fruit puree and juice for which it was paid.

No enough staff for cleaning tablets!! Otherwise, everything is good

I usually have photos clicked, but Mc Meal.. I can't wait to have a quick bite, and also, with the 1st bite, I end up finishing it. Moral of the story - No snaps with Mc meals

Mc menu seems like a great deal. 8 euros or something. A decent burger + fries + nuggets + large beverage + 2 dips

Guy was very arrogant and tellen too much he dus NOT haven Chili saus for me.
