Im impressed by the lady manager taking orders. She was short staffed and I could tell she was frustrated but kept her composure with impatient customers and customers blaming her for the print on the credit card reader being to small. Instead of snapping or giving attitude she took it all in stride and kept pushing doing her best with what she had. I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out and tell her to keep up the good work

The food is good, I like Arby's. But the staff?...oh good grief. They can never get an order right! 😅 I want ketchup, no ketchup. They say a straw is in the bag to hurry you along, no straw. No napkins. Wrong drink. 3 days ago they gave the wrong bags to two customers and the customers had to switch with each other out in the parking lot! Today an employee yelled at the customer to stop as they were driving away, saying she forgot something and we all had to back up for him! 🤦‍♂️ I love the food but guys...a little quality control would be nice. 😂

We were inside the Arby's in W Duluth this afternoon. The food has always been very good and one of our favorite places but today most of the tables were dirty and a young man was laying along one of the booths sleeping. This particular branch is losing their control. Need to clean it up.

Have never had an issue at this location and appreciate the coupons received in the mail!

Food is always cold and sweet tea what a joke when you make unseet tea and then chill it and add sugar is not sweet tea the sugar needs to be added after tea is made and hot so it dissolves the sugar

Always a great place to eat. Sometimes the drive thru can take a bit but still the service is great and inside was clean

Thee best tasting and the biggest "large" chocolate shake around!! My little ones love the little "mini" slider sandwiches and crinkle fries. I love the Turkey Bacon Ranch Market Fresh sandwich. Yum!!

food was partially cooked especially the chicken was all raw and it felt like chewing on gum😭After three bites i threw everything away in my stomach

I ended up ordering a French dip and curly fries , an apple / cherry turn overs and a power aid . The order was a breeze the employees were prompt and friendly. The food came quick and everything was delicious. As I was sitting in the dining area looking around, I could not help but notice how filthy and tattered the dining area was and the more I looked around the worse it became ! The tops of the tables were clean that’s what counts right ? Then I went to the bathroom and that was even worse the stainless fixtures and handles Had many layers of something on them. So then that made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen, if the dining area is like that.

My overall experience was good and the food was just as expected. The dine-in restaurant was not as clean as I would expect and contributed to my overall experience in a negative way. For fast food I would still say this was excellent food.

came through for a jamocha shake... Definitely didn't have the coffee flavor... Maybe jus chocolate? definitely didn't satisfy. Oh well.

There is always a large contingent of riff raff sitting in the dining area, not eating, hanging out planning their next shenanigans.

They make a really good Fish sandwich and I Love the horsey sauce!

I drove up, I ordered, I got my food, and my change for paying for my food and drove off after I had said thankyou of course and the lady of course said have a nice day. And that was my trip to Arby's.

Arby's has always been at the top of my list of fast food favs, mostly because it's almost always made to order and I definitely feel better about eating this compared to other fast food places. I like the new chicken nuggets since my younger kids never cared for sandwiches, now they have an option. They are always friendly and the food is made how it shoul be-not sloppy like other restaurants.

Tasty food. The drive thru is pretty busy during lunch time, but the lobby is usually pretty quick service. Usually have good deals. Sad thing is their excellent fish sandwich is only seasonal 😫 Friendly staff, clean lobby, and get this: the bathroom has a sink with faucet lever and paper towels to dry your hands! Truly, it's the little things...

I went yesterday and the staff was not friendly at all. I did not receive my pop and waited ten minutes at counter before got help again. The let up dispenser didn’t work and the horsey sauce dispenser was broken so I asked for packets of it and got a very rude response. The food was just okay not what I normally expect from Arby’s

Quiet, comfortable lunch with excellent service- our meals were brought to the table. Nice way to relax. Food was warm and tasty.

The speaker at the drive through was not very loud. But they were nice enough and they did get our order correct.

As someone that lives where Arby's no longer exists, this was DELICIOUS! I always love having a classic roast beef with curly fries, and be loved the brisket sandwich! 15/10! ❤️

Didn't have any easter leftovers for the family so Easter night I made a run to arbys since they were one of a few things open and I had a gigantic order for 10 people. I truly felt bad for even pulling in. Well $90 later the crew was so nice as I apologized profusely. Food ll came out hot and fast. Thanks again

I am a creature of habit and get the same thing everytime but it's just good. #5 chicken sandwich, it's really good with curly fries and a pop. Have to mix Horsey and Arby's sauce together to dip fries in too or the meal isn't complete.
