I have mixed feelings after the SpartaForce training. The place itself is nice, the receptionist is nice, the dressing room and the hall are beautiful. I once did a TRX workout that I also liked. The coach introduced himself, asked if we had any injuries, and during the class everyone worked based on their own fitness level. If someone did something wrong, he kindly explained the correct way. I didn't experience any of these on SpartaForce. The hundreds of bpm, deafening music, the condescending style of the coach, were at the expense of the course of the training. Not dividing the exercises in advance (how could you be heard in the noise if you didn't turn down the 'music') and performing the exercises 'to the beat' with the large amount brought about a deterioration in the quality of the exercises. I can recommend the former training with a warm heart, but I did not find the latter sufficient for me.
